Well, a girl who worked there named Shannon had been talking to me and my family about instruments and lessons, and she told us there were art classes that I could take. She even showed us the art studio, which had tons of paintings and pieces of art that the teachers had made, and boy, was I amazed. I made up my mind that I wanted to take art classes. The facility is nicely designed and multiple private rooms for students and teachers. They have an online system that also always to easily reschedule any missed classes with proper notice. Although we are new to this school. I feel it's well organized, set up aesthetically and we are excited to see some growth while having fun learning

The owner Jim is totally passionate about music and makes everyone feel completely welcome at the Box, like you are a guest in his home. Stix the Westie dog greets everyone at the door when you enter the orange musical paradise. The parents relax on the sofas while the students take their lessons. Adam teaches the string instruments - he is fun but firm, doesn't let the kids get away with too much but they are still having fun. He was able to get my somewhat shy 5 year old daughter to play her ukulele and sing in front of an audience of about 75 people! My oldest child just finished a week of Rock n Roll summer camp and he LOVED it. He felt like he was a big guy in a rock band. The kids put on performances regularly so they can learn about showmanship and it also builds their confidence. As a mom, it is important to me that the money we spend on music lessons is well spent and at The Box, I believe it is.
