To their credit, they reached out to 3 different technicians in my local area and tried their best to remotely find a solution to the problem. They then offered to fly out their local trusted technician, but I declined. It was a frustrating overall experience for me, but they've been respectful in their communication and followed through in making sure I was either satisfied with my piano or got a full refund. ----- I'm in middle of a dispute with the owners Jonathan and Charlie. I purchased a piano last year from out of state and it's been nothing but trouble since the beginning. They've hired 3 different technicians and have visited my home 7 times and can't fix the dampening issue. I've asked for a refund which they've refused. This current technician has been unresponsive for over a month and Jonathan and Charlie can't seem bothered to resolve this. I'm filing a civil suit next week if there isn't any progress. This kid go to practice dance lesson, this one go to music lesson and the other go to painting practice. And the mom go to drink a coffee in the studio cafe while waiting for the kid. In fact, the patents can drop off the kid and go shopping. The studio has some music instruments for sale. With internet ordering that is so convenient, not many people want to make a deal through actual music store anymore. I would encourage you visit them and keep the store open. This studio has other edge with the bistro cafe, music lesson, art class, dance lesson to attract more people. It has it way to thrive their business without all egg in one basket. I looked around, testing different instruments, one of the many things you can do there. They allow you to play tons of them, for example a guitar or piano. I didn't really want to learn how to play an instrument, so as I was walking around strumming a ukulele or playing a piano (terribly, may I add), I was wondering if there was anything that I would want to learn about. Well, a girl who worked there named Shannon had been talking to me and my family about instruments and lessons, and she told us there were art classes that I could take. She even showed us the art studio, which had tons of paintings and pieces of art that the teachers had made, and boy, was I amazed. I made up my mind that I wanted to take art classes. The other people who worked there were friendly as well and the store itself was very clean and I look forward to going back. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the very friendly studio manager. The rooms all have top notch gear that you would find in other studios. Most important is the knowledgeable engineers they have working there. You can have all the equipment you want but if you don't have the staff that knows how to use the gear (and trouble shoot when needed) you are out of luck. The surrounding towns make this studio a great destination to record, mix and master and the studio has what you need (TAPE)!
