The prices online do not match in store. My sister got a kids gel on her natural nail and online it said it cost 10.55 and in store the lady asked if she needed a manicure and I said no, she then continued to give Mer a manicure and charge me for it coming to 25 dollars. I got a full acrylic GEL set which is 50 and they charged me for a full acrylic OMBRÉ set which costs 60!! They were somewhat kind and knocked down my price a little bit, but I am still annoyed of how the did not listen. read more

The ladies do talk about their customers here. They kept talking about my scar on my ankle that is from eczema in which I've seen a dermatologist for and everything is fine. They kept talking about how gross it is and how contagious it could be. Then the lady was so afraid to touch my feet and anytime the water splash on her. She freaked out like I had the plague. Kept spraying her skin with alcohol. This all could've been avoided if they would've just asked me at the very beginning what is this. It felt very rude and like I was a disease person. This is not how you treat or respect a human being. The pedicure was the worst one I've ever had. I had even asked for the deluxe one, but she gave me the classic. She also kept pushing me to do gel manicure versus a regular polish. she and the lady next to her kept saying how cheap we are that my friend and I decided to do a regular one versus doing the gel one. She also said later on that she's only made $100 in a day and I can see why because of how rude she is. This is a place I will not be going back to nor should anyone else. this is how people are treated when they think they don't know their native language. I've never been to a nail salon where the people actually talk about their customer in such a rude and disrespectful way. Vietnamese people have more class than that. read more

I usually kind of get service done from here 10 out of 10. No problem here, lady. They have been dropping a ball. The staff does not listen, their attitudes are disgusting. They change your time for your appointment. And then when you get to the change appointment time, they tell you, they can't do the full appointment. I have yet to see the owner. Bella is sweet, personable and professional. Her work was quick , neat and well done...I've already booked appointments for my next two visits here in August and September. This is my favorite place to go. I'm disappointed to give a low review. My past Google review is glowing. The experience this weekend was my worst I have had, and my nails were done poorly. Bella is typically the best so I asked when she's not feeling well please let me know and I can reschedule. She communicated there will be no charge for the poor job on the design, it was disappointing she did not follow through. Tami does amazing pedicures. I've gotten acrylics out on, fills, and a new set here and I have absolutely loved it every time. I recommend booking an appointment online and even still I've had to wait a little while but overall I've loved it every time! do not go here. I was rushed through my mani and the manicurist didn't listen to me at all. She kept filing and filing over and over in the same spot on one nail and even after I asked her to stop as she had filed down to my natural nail and was making it raw she continued to file. it completely filed away my natural nail to the raw skin underneath. My nails looked terrible when I left. Polish wasn't even and so thin in spots you could see through the nails in daylight. None of the nails were even or straight and she kept filing on one side of all the nails and not the other so they had this weird slant to them. So very disappointed and I will not go back. read more
