Fast, safe, hygienic, and as painless as any wax I've ever had. Secondly, it's convenient. Easy to get an appointment scheduled, in and out in 15 mins for many services, and an easy and reliable online scheduler. I only used this once, since I now make my next appointment at the time of service, but it was really useful, and the automated system sends me appointment reminders and receipts. Finally, she's absolutely lovely. While she's taking care of you, she's easy to visit with, and you'll love her voice and her laugh. It makes the time go by faster and makes an awkward situation seem less so. Pro Tip: Tip your waxer more than 20%. Really people. And, if at all possible, cash is best.
