Throughout that time, I have had positive experiences with every employee except for one. This is the second time I have been assisted by Lorena, and on both occasions, I found her behavior to be unprofessional. During my previous visit, I asked a question about a product, and she responded by laughing instead of providing a helpful answer. During my visit today, I asked about a promotion I had just seen displayed on the TV. Rather than answering my question, she responded rudely and pointed me to a different promotion. When I explained that I wanted to show her the specific promotion I was referring to, she laughed again. I ultimately walked away because I felt uncomfortable and did not understand why she continued laughing while assisting me. In addition to the repeated laughter, her attitude when I asked about the promotion came across as dismissive and unhelpful. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and being knowledgeable about current promotions. This experience did not meet those expectations and left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

So we bought some flower and a vape product (Stiiizy) then went on our way. When I opened my vape product I noticed the product has been opened and that the cartridge inside was fake.
