"You're getting what you WANTED" "I asked for an all in one. We discussed several options. What are you giving me?" Long story short they made me pay an additional $5 for THIER mistake and wasted my time. I get that mistakes happen, but the second person's attitude was not cool. This is not how you run a business. I would have apologized for the mistake and been like "the $5 is on us for wasting your time." But no. The flower products they had weren't worth the cost of what they were selling. Then the budtender didn't have much knowledge of the product. So we bought some flower and a vape product (Stiiizy) then went on our way. When I opened my vape product I noticed the product has been opened and that the cartridge inside was fake.
