I stress at times and have difficulty sleeping sometimes and I've tried everything and nothing works. I thought about edibles but honestly I wanted to be educated first because I was clueless. I was in the neighborhood so I decided to stop at this dispensary. This is my first visit to a dispensary so I didn't even know what to compare it to or expect. The parking lot was full and I saw many people come and go quietly. I was kind of scared to go in but I put on my big girl panties and I did it. It's totally different from what I envisioned. I imagine a place with a bunch of security outside. But to my surprise it is a building in the industrial part of the area with no security present. They ask for your driver's license or ID before you go in. They only take cash but they do have several ATMs. Once ,I entered I was truly delighted because they have a huge selection.They do offer discounts on Saturday and Sunday. Val, helped me out and made me feel at ease. I selected my treats and just like that I was out of there. I cannot wait to return thank you very much Val. A special shout out to the beautiful Val. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She also gave me some of her recommendations. read more

I'm a retired veterans and I also worked at LAX and I was in management. So I k is when a thief is stealing and know how they are doing it because I have seen it done numerous times. The Drop has thieves among them and one female their is ripping off the consumer and their employer and also the tax board. When you walk out of the store without a receipt and a slim shady excuse on why you didn't get one only to find out later after you open the bag 1/2 of the product missing. As I walked out the door I saw girl at the register out money into her pocket. Supposedly they say this is a legit store. I find it not so legit and scandalous because management there has to know what's going on it's so obvious but they chose to turn their face away. If your looking for an honest pot shop keep looking or you will be ripped off at this pot shops. If anybody has experienced the same here write a review and tell them how you got ripped off. Nobody like a thief and she should be exposed. I hope this review will help someone from getting ripped off. It's sad when you can't trust a person who is suppose to assist you. Normally when I come here, it's no big deal because there are times when I feel like employees care and other days where they're too busy to care. Yet, and I just barely have time to do this now, I wanted to grab a goodie bag that was offered on 4/20 and I placed an online order to make sure they have all of what I wanted. I double checked the order twice to make sure I would spend the $50 (my total was $50.40) and to make sure of any availability. I started that process around 9:30-10am. I go to the shop around 5pm and they did not have my order. The girl I have never seen (short "manager") before says they aren't doing online orders. I said I did it first thing this morning. She wanted to see my online order. When I pulled it up, it said cancelled (I have a screen shot) and asked why was I not informed. "Manager" says they weren't doing online today. One of the other girls corrected her and said he isn't the first one to say this. "Manager" made a face like how dare u correct me and offered me a goodie bag for the inconvenience. I said I'm already spending the $50 which her simple response was oh good. The girl helping me goes to get what I ordered and wanted to charge me $54. I'm like my total said $50.40 and she said she didn't know, maybe the taxes or something but oh u have $2 on your account want to use those? Which I did. Needless to say my order was cancelled and I was charged more than I anticipated. Not a very good experience on 4/20. read more

**************6/4/2024 UPDATE************* I am updating my review based upon the experience my wife and I had at this shop yesterday. My wife bought a vape pen (CALI CLEAR to be exact) which came out defective. The vape was extremely clogged when we would try to smoke out of it and HARSHLY BURNED our throats EVERY-TIME. My wife went back to the shop THE SAME DAY and requested for it to be exchanged due the fact that the wax was not burning correctly. The "MANAGER" on site asked my wife to PROVE that the vape didn't work by watching her take a hit. Of course a little bit of smoke came out of the pen (AFTER 2 FORCED hits) HOWEVER, IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND WOULD INSTANTLY BURN OUR THROATS. Anyone who smokes vapes KNOWS that a vape should NOT burn your throat! The "MANAGER" then proceeds to tell my wife that she saw smoke come out of the vape and because it's "on camera" she can't replace it. She then proceeds to say that we are TRYING TO STEAL from the shop by getting our defective vape REPLACED. When I asked her what is the company policy is in regards to defective vapes she basically blew us off and said that I would have to CONTACT cali clear DIRECTLY to get my vape replaced or money back. The last time this happened, it was replaced and the employee who assisted me at the time said, it's okay to exchange because they send the defective vapes BACK WITH THEIR VENDORS and they get them replaced or reimbursed. We were shocked with the treatment we received after coming here FAITHFULLY for SO MANY YEARS. Being accused of "STEALING" was baffling. If you ask me THE DROPLA is the one stealing OUR money by refusing to EXCHANGE, NOT REFUND a defective product ON THEIR SHELF! Unfortunately, for us we threw the packaging away on our way out of the shop! When I called and asked if they could give us a product/merchant # for the vape so we can contact cali clear, they said they couldn't give us a product number, she stated she would have to "go dig in the trash for the box", EVEN THOUGH they scan their inventory in on a computer/register at check out, I'm sure they are be able to pull up the inventory on my wife's patient history/account. The DROPLA has lost a faithful customer. This is truly NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, IT'S ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE! It's very hard to get to this place because there's no legal way if you are coming from either the freeway or OK Crenshaw southbound direction. Additionally, if you're buying a less popular product like Indica, you're likely to find they don't have it anymore when you show up looking for what you bought last time. Also, now that they don't let you use your ATM card you have to get cash ahead of time or pay an extra fee to use their hours. I find this distinctly irritating. read more
