From the first call with tony over the phone, and the final purchase with David they were extremely friendly, approachable, helpful, and well versed in their knowledge with kayaking. We were very impressed with the southern hospitality and customer service. It did take a week or so to get the kayak in, but that was due to high demand. We have bought 4 boats(2 kayaks, paddle board and a sun fish) from them. They seem great when selling you a boat, but NOT when you need help with repairs. Patrick is like Superman, he is always helping out and ordering the correct parts, keeping us informed about the costs and the timeframe of the service. The storage facility is safe and secure and very convenient for any service needed. Just do it and your RV will be happy you did...so for RV service Zach is your man. Regarding RV storage, Ashton is the one to talk with, while with parts and service Patrick is, like I said, Superman.
