The service team was quick to respond and ordered my part. Communication was good as they kept me informed of when the part would arrive and when my boat would be ready. I paid for the services and parts, picked up my boat, and brought it home. Thats when the problems started. Without getting into the details, there was some type of error with the service performed which exacerbated my problem. I had to bring it back to Sunrise to have them resolve this new issue. Unfortunately, the part was on backorder however they kept me in the loop on the progress. We had the worst experience with George's pop and shop boat store…read more We bought our boat a few weeks ago and had issues from the start. They took 2 weeks to install a trolling motor. During that time they didn't call to give us updates, they actually seemed annoyed when we called to receive updates. 7 days in we decided to picked up the boat anyways even though the trolling motor was still not installed. They said they had a boat show that they prioritized before getting to our boat and asked us to bring it back the following week. When we took it home we were just happy to have our boat and didn't notice that they'd handed it over to us without it being detailed (it was very dirty), the gas tank wasn't calibrated, and they didn't fill the gas tank and on top of that the trolling motor was still not installed. After the weekend we brought our boat back and gave them a list of everything we'd notice. They said they would take care of it. Another week went by without updates and finally my husband called by the end of the week and they told us it was ready. It wasn't. The only thing they did was install the trolling motor and they installed it with two starter batteries instead of a deep cycle batter. The gas tank to this day is not calibrated, the boat still dirty and they kept our boat brush that we had just purchased for the boat. We've decided to take our boat home and to get it fixed elsewhere. To avoid further stress and headaches. If this was a used boat, it would be more understandable but it's an almost 90k BRAND NEW boat. The mechanic was kind but besides him, it was the worst customer service we've ever received. We're highly disappointed with our purchase. We wish we would've gone to a regular boat dealership. I would give negative stars if I could.
