Being we were their before they really even opened, it was a smooth experience. Our ProX was clean, gassed up, and ready to go. This isn't my first time behind a turbo UTV, so I had expectations and my rental checked all of them. When we returned, Roland was their to great us. He was very friendly and also knowledgeable of the area. We did accidentally call another rental shop on pur way in that morning, it must have been the one down by the gas station. He was very rude and then immediately started to slander me and their competitors down the street. I 100% made the right call coming here. Rolane runs a professional operation and his rigs are insured. Take note of that if you are renting from other companies in the area. I'm so glad I went with Prime Adventure Outfitters. It's the blue building on the other end of the strip than the gas station. We will be back for sure. ​
