Not sure why anyone would use this cheap, inept company with inexperienced realtors, to sell their home. The home next-door to me was on the market for over 90 days with fly homes and couldn't even be found on social media. When they had open houses, there were NO signs on the major streets around our development to direct the passers by to the location of the home for sale. The agent for the open house showed up in shorts and flip-flops. This is a ragtag, discount brokerage that makes promises to those buying and selling a home at the same time to make them believe they will save them money. It appears that their whole marketing strategy on selling their clients homes, is to do no legitimate marketing other than a sign in front of the house with a flyer TAPED to the for sale sign, and when they don't get any offers, their marketing strategy is to lower the price. Hiring a legitimate realtor that knows how to market a home, would be a significant difference in the price that your home sold for. There's a huge difference between listing a home, which to fly homes means sticking a sign in your yard and putting it on MLS, or hiring a REAL Realtor to market your home and actively attempt to attract buyers.
