The driver kept getting randon calls from someone, he kept asking us for our address even though he had it plugged into his map. He made a wrong turn and accused us of giving him wrong instructions, he asked for the house number and when we repeated it clearly three times, he told us to just describe the house features. Terrible experience. if I can avoid that driver, I would continue to gladly use Casino taxi.

His passenger came over and jumped in and they left. I realized after the fact that I had left my purse in the backseat, with all my id, bank & credit cards, cash, everything. Called the dispatch and they promptly got in touch with the driver who was in Dartmouth by this time. They took my number and passed it on to the driver, who called me and drove back over to bring me my purse. I believe his name was Johan, who is going to school for carpentry, while driving to make ends meet. Everything was still in my bag. Thank you to the dispatcher, and to the driver, you are an amazing person, a fantastic driver, and such a wonderful human!

Friendly drivers and great alternative to the hop on hop off bus. Their fee for an airport delivery to downtown Halifax was really really good, and we even scheduled a pickup in ten days that they did not forget. They texted back to confirm, and then were there as scheduled. Fantastic. Best Taxi get my highest rating.
