Orders came out in 3 different stages: 1) TNT and sketchy looking fries 2) Classic cheeseburger & Pb burger, 2 fry orders. 3) Wing. Burgers were as advertised, fantastic! I called back and spoke with the manager who said they have a "check your food before you leave" policy. I explained to him that I picked up a curbside order and that policy is not listed on the bag, sign, or even the website. Curbside orders are completely sealed when they are delivered to the car. I guess he thought that I was trying to get a free meal, when all I wanted was to be made whole during my next visit. If he would've taken the time to check the order number and my order history he would've known that I've been a long time customer who has never filed a complaint. I've never seen a business blame the customer for their mistake. I am never doing business with them again. My husband and I love to order their wings but we will just find somewhere else to order from.

The owner walked over and greeted us , and asked how did we enjoy the place. I thought that was amazing customer service. Also a great location to sit and people watch. They are in the process of painting murals on the wall. Adding additional pub tables inside and outside (after the Fire Marshall visits to measure the sidewalk ). The sell frozen alcoholic beverages and beer/wine. The owner also stated she would love to collaborate with a variety of Food Trucks as well. We can't wait to patronize this business again!!
