From blackberry, to peach, to honey.... they are all crafted magnificently. For our visit, we settled on whiskey + coffee. I love how she asked what level of sweetness we preferred and then brought out our favorite creamer to add in the coffee. The coffee + cream + whipped topping was perfect to sit outside on a Fall evening and sip. After packaging our to go bottles, we asked a few more questions to the distiller himself and he shared that they make about 2 batches a month,sometimes 3. Even though it wasn't a tour, his sharing helped us understand the process and how lucky we were to find this gem. Even if you don't drink whiskey, go and enjoy the scenery.
