The smallest foot print for a truck stop I've ever experienced. But amazing what this franchise holder has done with what must be an old gas station. Very clean, including the very heavily used restrooms. Staff constantly keeping everything stocked and registers manned. That staff is great too, welcoming and helpful. Since it is so small I felt I needed to ask if it was ok to park overnight . A lovely member of the team walked me outside and showed me a space my van would fit and I'd feel comfortable. It was a hot day and I was feeling especially sticky after visiting and walking the spiral jetty. So I inquired about showers and went into sticker shock at the cost. I headed out to get my van parked for the night. Sipping a cold drink I reevaluated spending $17. Collecting my shower kit I headed back inside for my first ever truck stop shower. Totally worth the price! And I realized I was getting a very good value. Spotlessly clean room. Plenty of hooks and little shelves for my products. I thought I'd get a towel but did not expect a bathmat and washcloth as well! A lifetime of campground showers at a quarter a minute and cleaned once a day did not prepare me for the comfort of a truck stop shower! The truck stop is as clean as possible with so much use but the shower was spotless. Truck and Autos welcome! Great stop for a snack and bathroom break! This is a busy location. There is an allocated spot for big rigs to park and gas up. The smaller rigs have a big area to use. Thank you for a clean and roomy location to stop and frequent as needed! read more

Nice little truck stop in the middle of Utah not too far from the border of Idaho right off interstate 84, the facility is clean and well maintained, the employees are nice and very laid back with decent amount of truck parking spaces. read more

Pretty good stop! Supppper convenient! RIGHT off the freeway with an on-ramp right across from the the exit! Stopped real quick, used the restroom (which was very nice & clean btw) grabbed a coffee, walked the pup and got back on the road! Lots of room to walk the pup! Clean outside as well! read more

Probably worst truck stop I've been to in 20 years! Waited 40 mins for 1 shower because maintenance was sitting in pick up truck. There's an EXTREMELY rude cashier. Wish I could put her name but she didn't have name tag. They have a promo for "smart water" but told they don't sell them! Since when? Never not known a place to not sell this product. Never wrote a 5 star review for a gas station. I guess there is a first time for everything right? It's the only gas station in the area and just as we were on our last few drops of gas we saw this one coming up. Not only is the place very well maintained but the bathrooms look newly remodeled and are very clean!! I always have a hard time using gas station restrooms due to them being trashed most of the time but this one was very pleasant. I posited in a different review for the station next door (which Yelp has continued to decline to correct - just search the city for gas stations, not exactly like there's a ton) that I didn't understand why the Flying J was consistently packed respective to the place next door and I finally decided that was unfair, so I went there (on a day which was mercifully light of cars) to discover what was going on. After the visit, sadly, I still don't know, but am guessing it is the incredibly cramped lot, which is sort of artificially creating this bottleneck. Inside was the weirdest laid-out bathroom I've ever seen. If you don't get a stall, someone will walk into you while you're doing your thing and laying it all out at the urinal. Just watch your shoes, I guess. Maybe this is better for trucks, because they do have showers. The male and female bathrooms are also separated by the entire store, literally one is on the other side from the other, also kind of weird. The thing I tend to like about Flying Js was entirely absent here. There was zero hot food. Anywhere. Selection of the various other snacks and stuff was light, but there was also a small clothing outlet area, just in case you wanted to eat some wearables or something I guess. Or you could just go next door. Which is what I typically do and will inevitably be doing again for all time going forward. read more

These guys are great. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. There's a guy who works there that is hugely helpful. His name is Hunter and he helped us unlock our car after my dad locked the keys inside. He tried a couple of different things but didn't give up until he got us in. What a lifesaver. Long lines at counter. Only one person at cash register. No help. Deli looks good & fresh, but you can't get waited on. Would have bought a drink, but at least 8 people in line. They only have 3 showers, so that was a bust also. Several people waiting. Small parking lot, says 50 truck capacity, but it's tight. There are several restaurants within walking distance. read more

Making a trip from Bellingham, WA to Houston, TX. We bought a Good Sam membership under the impression we could use the 10% discount immediately. When we went to the Flying J's, we were told that they couldn't accept it until we got the plastic card... meaning we couldn't use it the entirety of our 46+ hour trip. The nice woman working the cashier was apologetic and gave us a courtesy sandwich for the trouble. Made our frustration a lot better! Great customer service, would recommend. read more

Ran out of gas 13 miles north of Snowville. The staff first went to find me a 5 gallon tank because the 2 gallon tank wouldn't get us to burley. After that, they found a friend local that would come with his own tanks, fill us up, then drive us to our vehicle then bring his tanks home. Gals name was Whitney. So refreshing to find super clean, updated bathrooms here! Motion-sensor toilets and paper towel dispensers, toilet seat covers provided, nothing left on the floor (so I surmise the staff keeps an eye on it). Curving hallway entrance means you don't have to touch any door to exit after washing. SO much better than the outhouse smelling rest stop we hit going across southern Idaho. read more

This is the last gas station for miles heading north on I-84 and the gas prices were not bad. We didn't have to wait at all and the convenience of being able to pay at the pump is always nice. We didn't go inside the store, so I can't comment on that. We had a pleasant, and fast, experience! read more

All fuel prices blank on street sign. A sign of poor management. ATM broke, comdata system down. Not one technician onsite to make repairs. I don't believe this flying j is subject to random visits from coorporate. A serioud look should be done of management. read more

Even though it was early in the morning around 3 am ish. But we called before we showed up. To ask if there was any hot food. But when we showed up there was only 1 hot dog and 1 salad. No other hot food at all. We don't appreciate being lied to. That's a good way to loose business. read more

Serious health code violations. You,couldn't walk anywhere without attracting flies. Standing in line I was instantly swarmed by them for being still for too long. No point in telling the staff because obviously there are so many, there is no way they could not know they were there. Absolutely appalling and disgusting that there's open food with flies hovering all over the place. There is no excuse for any sort of health violations such as this. Place needs to be inspected a lot more often than what it is. read more

Clean restrooms. A reasonably well-stocked store Showers and lounge for truckers.. Excellent place to get the family out, stretch and refresh on your long trip in these parts. Staff was VERY accommodating and helpful to me with my vehicle-in-distress. Happy to give them a very high recommendation. read more
