Since it is so small I felt I needed to ask if it was ok to park overnight . A lovely member of the team walked me outside and showed me a space my van would fit and I'd feel comfortable. It was a hot day and I was feeling especially sticky after visiting and walking the spiral jetty. So I inquired about showers and went into sticker shock at the cost. I headed out to get my van parked for the night. Sipping a cold drink I reevaluated spending $17. Collecting my shower kit I headed back inside for my first ever truck stop shower. Totally worth the price! And I realized I was getting a very good value. Spotlessly clean room. Plenty of hooks and little shelves for my products. I thought I'd get a towel but did not expect a bathmat and washcloth as well! A lifetime of campground showers at a quarter a minute and cleaned once a day did not prepare me for the comfort of a truck stop shower!
