this location was really a good place to get gas recently…read more the staff are friendly, the location is clean, and the gas prices are really good at this location. really accessible from the highway so far as on and off, with lots of pumps to chose from. i took a star off because when i went to this location the debit machines were down at the terminal and at the pumps, and i was witness to a person chewing out the CSR over having to use the ATM to get cash out to pay for the bill. the customer actually demanded a free car wash to cover the service fee for using the atm and the person behind the counter actually gave in to the customers request.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was going to fill up gas and I had notice the sign showed gas at 87.9, and as…read moreusual I pull in and go inside to pay for my gas. As I start filling up I notice on the gas pump it actually says 89.9 not 87.9, I had already pre paid for the gas so as I finish pumping gas. I go back into the station and tell the lady that the sign says 87.9 but the pump says 89.9. She replied that I had come after they changed the sign and it was actually 89.9 when you filled up!! I said no and then she replied "well what do you want me to do" I said I would like you to honour the price it actually says on your sign!!! That would be false advertising!!! Then she replied that "she could not do anything and she would not honour the price on the sign". I told her that I would never return to fill gas!! So as I left the station 2 other women were filling gas and I had mention to they my situation and they both had notice as well and had did the same thing as I did, fill gas at the pump price of 89.9 but the noticed the sign saying 87.9!! And they both also went in and told the person working and was told the same thing that they would not honour the gas price that was advertised on the sign!!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!

After noticing how unacceptable the prices have become, I decided to speak with the man inside regarding my business, which they just lost. He says that the price increase is due to Hurricane Harvey as well as the others following. Now, call me crazy, but is Harvey's not a FAST FOOD CHAIN??? Explain to me why a FAST FOOD CHAIN would sponsor a hurricane??? I wasn't buying it. I told the man I will be going elsewhere from now on if they do not lower their prices. Also, if it is true these hurricanes are happening... why are we not fighting back? Why attempt to save the earth from global warming when it chooses to send us hurricanes??? The place is an absolute dump. The floor and counter is littered with slushie and god knows what else. I want to just go next door for pizza but my fiancé insists on getting ice cream from the self serve machine. I comply and proceed to pour the sloppy excuse for ice cream into a cone (almost all of which appeared to have a bite out of them). The line up is long because there is only one guy, so my "ice cream" starts melting everywhere. We finally got there though. The store, I should add, is open 24 hours. This man, seemingly the sole employee, looks like he's worked all of them. He proceeded to rudely ring up our total and crumple up our receipt without even asking if we wanted it. Horrible horrible horrible. ZERO STARS! I will be contacting the head office and urging them to find new ownership for this location.
