On our way back from Detroit, we made a quick pit stop here for gas and a restroom break, and it ended up being a pretty pleasant stop, it's always helpful to get out a stretch. When I walked in, I was greeted, which always sets a good tone. The overall space felt clean and well-kept, and the restrooms appeared well maintained, which is always a big plus when you're traveling. I'll admit, I was definitely tempted to grab a snack, especially with a Cinnabon inside, but I showed some restraint this time. My husband did grab an energy drink and mentioned it was priced fairly compared to other places, which is always nice to see. All in all, it's a convenient and reliable stop when driving back from Michigan. It was clean, friendly, and easy to get in and out of when you're on the road. read more

This week, I've literally been the embodiment of "big back behavior". If you're not familiar with the term, you're eating appropriately and should be pleased. I stopped at Flying J Travel Center for the sole purpose of visiting Cinnabon. I found the establishment extremely clean and well kept. The outside was just as clean as the inside. I was pleased and satisfied with all conditions . My main focus was Cinnabon. The make them fresh all hours of operation and the open early to do so. The roll was warm, pillowy soft, and extremely flavorful. I opted to add pecan toppings, and stopped just short of a caramel drizzle. The staff were friendly and helpful. read more

This miserable strawberry blonde chick at the counter absolutely 100% hates her job, and should seek something else (preferably not customer service) I asked what the different croissant labels meant (stacked croissant, regular croissant and SEC croissant meant) she says "I don't know" Ummm excuse me? I'm paying for a mystery sammich? She shrugs says "I don't know, maybe Ham, sausage and egg" Super rude, absolutely no help, bad attitude. If you don't like your life or job change it! Just worked a heavy labor job for 26 of the last 32 hours I just wanted to know what I was getting in 6 dollar freaking breakfast sandwich! read more

Nothing to note worthy. Bathrooms were marginally clean, which is good for a Saturday afternoon. Snacks were a little depleted but again, it's a weekend afternoon. The cashier was nice, even though she was swamped with people waiting in line. They need to hire another cashier. read more

Toilets are clean... what else do you need to know? The cashier was friendly, but the interaction was 20 seconds long. There were some fun souvenirs and knickknacks, so worthy of a stop. One note is that they announce when the showers are ready for the guests looking to wash up after a long drive! It's fun because it's an unusual announcement to hear over the PA system. read more

I was there about a month ago a worker there carded me for tobacco,which ok he's doing his job I hand him my retired army ID which is a accepted form of ID for tobacco or anything and is also trained that come to find out. So when I hand him the ID he asked me if I had a real ID due to federal ID won't scan in there system and all he had to do is manually input it that's it. So yea I am not fond of this location nor the company. I have left a Google review on that day and still nobody within the company or anything have even tried to resolve or anything. So vets I would stop there especially if they won't accept a military ID period. read more

Came here because I needed gas while heading back from Columbus, I've came to this place a couple of times but I wanted to come here from myself. It's the only gas station really since the one across the street looks like it couldn't stand a chance at all. Definitely a great gas station. Great store, great Staff too. Was impressed, that they kept trucks from parking on top of the fuel island... Usually that is a problem at some stores. They had a Dunkin Donuts & Subway. There was also a Huddle House, which I wish I had had time for. McDonalds is across the street on the other side & has about ten truck parking spaces. There was such an excellent selection of hot and cold food. Great customer service! The bathrooms were clean. What made it the best was that it didn't feel grimy like other truck stops, this more felt like a nice and small supermarket. read more

The showers are nice and clean but the music on the fuel island is very loud and quite annoying. The person working the cash register didn't know what a Comdata station code was nor did they care to take any time to call anyone or find it. read more
