Crazy cashier taking to me in Spanish to goto cash unmanned cash register. I told her this nothing to do with you as I waited in line for a human to help me get my fuel reciept. I tried to purchase some items but she was mouthing off to me because I didn't want to use the humanless cash out. She continued to talk to me in Spanish and kept mouthing off. I yelled back walked out without purchasing anything. she said it's a free country she can talk how she wants to. Not when you're working I told her. ignorant people need education on customer service Won't be returning here with uneducated cashiers and bad customer service mouthing off at paying customers. I paid a lot in fuel as I fueled my tank and my reefer. All the money I give to pilot and flying j I expect more in customer service. Most people don't complain because truckers are tired and this seems to be a common issue with customer service towards truck drivers. We work 14 hrs a day on an 8 day work week to encounter assholes like this. Amazing to me how this stupid people can keep their employment. This type of thing does not happen overnight this is behavior that has been allowed and empowering employees to treat customers in a bad manner. Certainly nobody cares because truck drivers have no choice but to come here to fuel. So we should take the abuse by ignorant people. read more

I've been to many pilots stops and this one of the best. It doesn't have the best view but it's very convenient place . Always clean bathroom, polite staff, plenty room for parking in front and in the back of the building if you a truck or a cargo van . They also have a printer and a computer inside , plus they have mail drop box. Very satisfied with this place . There is also a small piece of grass where you can do some stretch out or even train. read more

Decent stop. Pretty clean. Most workers are friendly, but place is busy most of the time. Lines are usually long. Truck drivers, tour buses and normal customers come and go here all day long. Showers are pretty busy, but pretty clean and good water pressure. read more

Flying J Travel Plaza is definitely quite exceptional. The menu is pretty extensive so will probably be back to try some of the other items. Every single thing I have ever gotten here has been fresh and tastes terrific. Staff are really helpful. They're attentive, respectful and always on their game. It's a really nice place. read more

no words to say to silly stuipid people. been waiting for shower 1 hour for no reason

So, I pay for reserved parking (first time since I figure buying over $600 in fuel should cover it) and can't find an open space so I park next to a friend, who also has a paid space, at the end of the row. I go to sleep. At midnight two dorky flying j assholes pound on my bunk. It turns out I'm in a "fire lane". Since they're too cheap to pay an attendant like TA or Petro, to make sure that reserved spots are available to the guy that paid, it's just easier to mess with a stupid truck driver. Anyway, I decide to get fuel on my way around to park in the now available space that didn't exist when I arrived and at the first fuel island the card reader failed. Luckily I was able to get the spot next door. If you've ever been here during the day you can maybe appreciate the feat that is. So, I get around and get into a legitimate spot, the one I left now occupied by another would be insensitive trucker who reasonably noticed that twelve fire trucks had space to function in the so-called fucking fire lane...I decide to take a shower. I put in the code and enter what at first looked like freshly cleaned shower. Weird, why were there specks of shit spray in the toilet? Morale of the story; avoid border towns...any other place the management would have figured let the fucker sleep since it looked legitimate and I fucking PAID!!! Or just piss on the floor, no one will notice!!! read more

This place has certainly gone downhill. Frequent understaffing results in no showers being available. Long lines because not enough cashiers being available. It's like they are trying to be like WalMart! When properly staffed, a rare event, the place is clean and usually has everything a traveler may need. read more

Great truck stop food except old chicken wings (greasy outside dry inside). Day one very friendly female cashier and friendly male cashier (Sunday). The rest of my stay was not friendly. Female cashiers treat female customers as if the customer did something wrong. The female cashiers act stuck up. Denny's attached but didn't eat there. Weak cellular signal from parking lot (Verizon carrier). Ladies room needs ventilation and bleach cleaning on toilets, floors, walls, sinks; toilet seat cover supply is full :)... didn't shower here but they are always busy and in use (no wait times). The parking lot is unkempt; filthy expeditors or bobbers leaving urine filled pop bottles on the ground. Cigarette butts everywhere (there are receptacles by the travel store front doors). No landscaping just dirt, food garbage (there are plenty of garbage cans scattered throughout the lot and they are emptied very regularly). Typical truck stop merchandise (overpriced but convenient). Looks like the back lot for TT ST is mostly filled but they move out fast. Front lot for bobbers ST and CV cramped (ST and bobbers should park in back). No problem with close-quartered fellow CV. except one guy who left his side cargo door open and let his curtain slam the side of my van keeping me awake until he finally left. No damage done but annoying. It's a good truck stop but the cashiers and filth compel me to leave one star. read more
