First, let me start off by saying the bathrooms are terrible, and the staff at the back where the fuel counter is are extremely unprofessional and borderline disrespectful. I had made a purchase and was told by the front desk that I had to go to the field desk to continue my purchase with EBT. When I went to the back the manager there Stephanie is her name to stand in front of her while she was on the phone For almost 7 minutes before even acknowledging me when I told her that I was sent back here to make my EBT purchase she said all my systems down and continued to talk to whoever she was talking to on her phone. This level of customer service is unacceptable in any type of business, the customers are what make your business and by you treating them as if they don't matter when they're standing in front of you patiently not saying a word just to make a purchase and you don't even acknowledge them and carry on with your conversation on your phone? And that's not even the worst of it when I was making a purchase for a honey bun that honey bun was expired, luckily the front desk lady caught it and told me so when it went to exchange it, I tried to find something else and all of their food that I was looking for was expired. I ended up having to make my purchase with a credit card anyway because I didn't want to deal with waiting for Stephanie to get off her phone call before her acknowledging or attempting to take care of me, this level of disrespect needs to be looked into by someone higher than Stephanie because she obviously does not care and her employees that she's managing will follow her example read more

Bout what you'd expect from a typical TA,overpriced on merchandise but since i went in for a oil change i will say this much, they got me in 2 hours faster than scheduled and the tech that did my oil change was very knowledgeable and friendly,overall good service I'd say,especially for being done at midnight! read more

First night rest here (been here before). Lot is surprisingly not filthy like Flying J next door. Cashiers act like they don't like their job (it shows in their faces and service to customers). I never eat at most TA (makes me sick). Coffee was fresh. Maybe x of ST CV bobbers up front. I didn't stay long enough to see TT parking in back. Per friendly as is Flying J. Attached (3) restaurants aren't 24 hour. Typical truck store merchandise (over priced but convenient). Would stop here again but only refuel at Flying J. No good truck stops out this way so these three (TA FJ Pilot) will do until I run my next load. read more

Large area for truck parking, 3 fast food options ( Taco Bell, Burger King and Subway) as well as small restaurant. The people that actually work in the store and service desk are extremely rude and lazy. Too much attitude in one building, lots of playing around and flirting with the guys that come in and work there. If you are having a bad day avoid dealing with these people... if you are having a good day avoid them also! read more

One of the only places in town that we can do laundry. Clean machines and we get work done on the truck while we wash. Typical truck stop.
