DISGUSTING!!! Corporate needs to follow up with this filthy place!! Trash is overflowing and raccoons are digging in it. Husband said men's restroom had feces on the wall that appeared to be days old! We wouldn't even attempt to use the showers! I understand that many customers are rude and inconsiderate and employees can't control what people do in a bathroom stall. But, as a manager, it is his/her responsibility to check bathrooms/showers on an hourly basis and clean as necessary. Take pride in your store and your job!! read more

All the trash cans in the idle air area are overflowing, bags of trash on the ground everywhere, we switched idle air units 4 times today until we could find one that did not blow urine smelling air! Wish I could give negative 5 stars. They removed the microwaves so you have to eat cold food or go to their crappy restaurant (like everything in their store it is overpriced). Well I've been in over 200 pilot/ flying j truck stops and I would like to be less negative but this is the worst I have ever been to. Unfortunately my job brings me down here 5 to 6 times a month The cashiers are the rudest ever. The 2 managers are nice but will not hire quality employees. Go to the flying j across the street. Always busy and long lines but they are always friendly. If you are in pilot and see anyone of the girls with red hair run as far as you can. And showers have Luke warm water at best an hour wait on average. I could go on forever but my fingers are tired. read more
