They say they'll tell you the price of the register, but I don't wanna ask at the register and then decide to put something back because I'm not comfortable with the price - just price it. !

These ladies were genuinely friendly, articulate, hardworking & proactive. I told the one lady that there was no hand soap in the men's room, and she immediately responded. She was a very good employee interested in doing her job. After several hours of driving through torrential downpours and high winds I needed to decompress, and these ladies helped to do just that with good old Texas charm.

I am from the West Coast and am pretty particular about seafood as a whole. I've gone into local restaurants and was like ohhhhhh I can taste that this shrimp was frozen. Ohhhh kay... I picked up the Big Wave Poke Bowl because I have seen Asian people working behind the counter and that gave me comfort. This Poke Bowl was delicious!! The fish tasted fresh. I was so happy!! Firstly they removed the tortillas from the taco kit, eventually replacing the kit with a "bowl" with most of the same ingredients, but seemingly less chicken and no tortillas. A very problematic change they've made to seemingly ALL of their ReadyMeals is removing cooking/heating instructions. Not only does that seem like a hazard, but it certainly makes it quite the challenge when trying to cook a pizza in the oven. Does it need 350 or 400°? Does it need 8, 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes to properly cook? These factors vary by each type of pizza. Is the fraction of a cent saved on printer ink on the label worth the customer dissatisfaction? I would think not. 2. They removed all the wall art of the history of Wichita Falls, which had previously made the store feel more "local" and less "uninspired corporate cookie cutter location." 3. They moved the Dublin sodas (a local to Texas brand) to 4 different places around the store and have slowly been phasing them out. Of course, starting with our favorite 1891 Founder's Recipe Cola, followed by our second favorite the Cherry Limeade. We used to buy 6-12 bottles every 1-2 weeks. Normally I could see this being an issue with a lack of demand, but they were constantly sold out of those 2 flavors. I don't expect the 2nd change to be addressed, but it would be nice if the 1st and 3rd would be addressed. Regardless, staff is always friendly and helpful.

There were no replacements or alternatives and then having the same products just seemed a bit mundane. After a while it became less enjoyable to shop at. Liven the place up! They rarely even offered samples! Were the employees taking them home?! Put your people on the floor to enhance customer service and relationships, ensure they are trained to do so. Bring back samples and introduce new items! Don't be boring!

We also got this location's above and beyond customer service and clean restrooms - something not all gas stations have! Wishing I got the name of the exceptionally kind man working at the front! All we showed up for was a simple large soda from the soda machine, and he took great care of us. We felt absolutley cared for and left with a smile! He was maybe late 20s early 30s, heavier set with short red hair and a beard. Thankyou for the clean bathrooms and above and beyond customer service Sonoco. What would normally be a quick in and out experience, turned out to be a positive and memorable one.
