I honestly feel bad for the lady working because she appears to be running the front, the drive-thru, and probably cooking too. But not once has anyone come back to check on me, apologize for the wait, or even acknowledge I'm still sitting here. What makes it worse is I already paid with a credit card, so now I can't even just leave without trying to get a refund. I even have a 360 snapshot showing how empty this place is. I try to be understanding, but communication goes a long way. A simple "sorry for the wait" would've changed this whole experience.

I get that things like this just happen sometimes, but for it to be a pattern is another thing. Today when I went I watched someone pull into the curbside spot next to me and get their order within 60 seconds after I had been there for over 10 minutes, so I went to the drive-thru again. The lady at the window was sweet, but the manager behind her gave me a very judgy look (maybe because of the baby, but what can you do? She's been in her car seat while I'm waiting for you!) which made me write this review. On the bright side, my fries were hot and salty and they gave me a larger sized frappe than what I ordered, which is also tasty. I'd just like to see some improved customer service with curbside orders.
