I'd say it's the best burger in the city in terms of rich flavourness. Sure it's not the biggest, but for this place it's the quality that stands out. In addition to the burger, we also shared a beef tartare. It was good as well, somewhat pricey at $22 given the portion size but it does its job as a shared plate. Service was excellent here. Definitely would return for special occasions whenever I have friends over (a bit bougee for me to consider going multiple times a month).

In my opinion, this is one of the better Rec Room locations out there. Possibly even the best location? I have no idea what the other locations across the country are like, but I'm specifically referring to the other locations in London, Mississauga and Downtown Toronto. There's a large variety of games, and the place is much bigger than the other Rec Room locations I mentioned. Plus, the games are relatively easy to win. I, as well as my friend, managed to get a few jackpots in! Some games were out of order, but thankfully not enough for me to overly notice or complain over. Broken games are unfortunately just simply what arcades are like anywhere. Perhaps the low rating is related to the food or drinks here. I did not come here for the food as I always think of the games here when I think of The Rec Room, nor did I consume any food or drinks. You can rent the lobby for $100 an hour and $150 for the night before for the rehearsal and decorate. There is a room downstairs for $75 and the theater for $400 and you need an union member if you want to use the stage the stage. These were also the prices in 2008. We got to use the dressing rooms, they set up all the chairs for us, and they let us have the run of the place for pictures (accept the stage). We had an issue with our party venue and almost couldn't get into it because the weekend manager died and the Pantages staff was ready to rally together and throw us a reception. They were so wonderful I can't even begin to touch on it. If you are looking for a fantastic alternative venue for any sort of event I recommend this place!! They also have plays and concerts and stuff like that
