I…read morespoke with them last Tuesday for an initial consultation, expressed urgency that I needed to have this filed by the following Tuesday, got ALL of my information to them by Thursday afternoon, followed up with them Friday morning to see when we could have this file. Was told to give her a bit to get everything put in and have the file reviewed then she would reach out to set up a signing appointment. Didn't hear anything back that day. I followed back up Monday morning, reminding them of the urgency to get filed by the next day, and was told she was having the file reviewed and once she gets back will reach out to set up a singing appointment and get the case filed. Didn't hear anything back that day. Reached out yesterday morning, expressed my anxiety about needing it filed that day, and got a very rude reply back, stating she was still waiting for the file to come back from being reviewed and if I did not feel it was going quickly enough that I was free to go to another attorney. I replied back that I still wanted to work with her, only because now I was in a tight spot with having time to go to another attorney. That was yesterday morning, as of Wednesday evening I have yet to hear back. Meanwhile, I did call another attorney this morning and was able to get an emergency petition filed TODAY! Absolutely horrible service and experience, DO NOT USE THEM!!!
