The amount of neglect to my case by Kacey was unreal. Mrs Nash refused to make it right although at one time I was told that it was so bad they had to let Kacey go. It's just disappointing to spend so much money and it not be handled in a timely manner. This caused so much more stress in my father's passing than anybody should have to experience. Even the clerks office bauked at how poorly the documents were typed up. Nothing was offered to correct or compensate for what was done.
