We paid 75% of the estimate to secure the project on May 5th. Kilowatt Electric original scheduled our installation for mid June. On the day of the installation Kilowatt Electric texted that they had had a accident with the company van(funny it wasn't the one he did the estimate in our came to do the work). To get Kilowatt Electric to our home to do the job took a visit to the county sheriff's office. We finally had contact from Jourdan and things seemed to progressing. Now we have a generator but no code to register it,the electrician,Kilowatt Electric has to do that. Needless to say Jourdan (Kilowatt Electric) has gone radio silent again.
