I asked for a quote for brake pad change, received 240 dollars on the phone; arrived and waited 2.5 hours and told it would be $987 for brakes, rotars, and calipers. I declined rotars and calipers but they refused to do only brakes and wanted to do all three for nearly 1000 dollars; and I was charged 31 dollars for the estimate. Obviously not happy. read more

I wish I didn't even have to leave a single star for this one. I got four new tires on my 4Runner a couple week's ago and I had a terrible experience. 1) I was told it was going to take under an hour. They took my car back right away and I sat there for almost three hours. 2) I was conned into the "get up to $250 off and 12 month's financing 0% interest" if you use a Good Year credit card, and in reality, I got $150 off, just found out it's only for SIX months, not 12 months, and they couldn't even process the rebate in store because the "system was down" and I had to figure it out the next day on my own (which I'm sure most people don't or forget about it). 3) This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the review. I'm a single female and my service guy Sean told me that they did an inspection on my breaks and they needed replaced and they could ironically do them today. I said no, I'm taking it to my mechanic next week for my yearly inspection and he will look at it. I take it down to JoJo's in Sharon and it passes with flying colors... the breaks were perfectly fine. I called Flynn's and let them know that they tried to scam me and how wrong this was. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Go to JoJo's in Sharon. He is honest and fair. HORRIFIC behavior at this place. We don't need businesses like this doing these kinds of things to people. read more

Not very good experience!! start with last year I go there to get my tire patched . They wouldn't ,, then tried to sell me 4 brand new tires .. nothing wrong with my tires ! Went to local guy he patched and I have been solid since .. now least start with today .. go in to get new battery i walk in at 11:00 to make appointment so I wouldn't be there all day . Guy says we have opening at 12:00 so ok .. he said he would call me with estimate.. so I leave come back around 12:30 cause I got no phone call . Talk to guy he said they had a battery and they stated it . So they started it with no phone call didn't ask my price range. What battery I want. It just started it without my permission cause no one ever called me with an estimate. So I waited .. 2 hours later I see my car pull up and the guy leave it in the parking lot . So I knew it was done and 20 minutes ago by no one comes to get me to tell me my car is ready or my phone doesn't ring. So I finally walk up to the counter. Guy gets my receipt cashes me out no explanation what was done how much anything was if I had a warranty, not even two words to me really .. so I total I was $300 most expensive battery... I saw online most expensive one was 160 so they charge double for labor to put a battery in which takes about a half hour. .. Some ridiculous $120 charge to test the battery. What are they testing the battery for ?? It's brand new . I never asked for my old one to be tested. I just wanted a new one. The receipt didn't explain anything .. So in summary all I wanna do is sell you things they wanna rip you off . Give you the most expensive things they have without talking to you, or asking you if you even want that .. Needless to say, I will never be going back there again . I'll pay the 300. I was just curious to see what kind of service they gave and now I know .. I guess it was worth it so I know not to go back. I hope this review helps people not go their cause they're just gonna rip you off .. read more

Would never use them. They tried to rip my wife off. They told her that she had a leaking power steering pump. They had poured fluid around the filler cap. They would not care about ripping off a woman. read more

Not a big fan of this location. Out of decency I will spare the details. I will only say from firsthand knowledge if you are not local and you foolishly proclaim you are from out of town, this is the last shop you want to go to. And if you are local, you are likely aware of several dishonest practices at this store. If you are not aware then you should pay closer attention to all the services they sell you and outright dishonest tactics to sell you these high profit margin services that many times you simply do not need. We got a flat tire driving on route 80. Stayed overnight in this town Was changed by AAA and needed new tire. Referred to Flynn's by both hotel concierge and AAA driver, Anthony. We were greeted by Sean Hazlet. They sold us a reasonable priced new tire and we were on our way within an hour. Can't thank Flynn's enough. read more

I waited nearly a week for my appointment to get a wheel bearing replaced. When I arrived for my appointment the guy at the counter, Shawn, told me there was no appointment for me in the computer. Shawn offered no apology for the screw up and didn'tseem to care. Instead of going ahead and honoring the appointment, they said they would look at it to see what parts needed ordered which tells me it's probably not going to get fixed today. An hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time and they still had not looked at my car. I asked for my key back and scheduled an appointment at Husnicks. They seem like they are too busy to care. My advice here, call back later to make sure they actually put your appointment in their computer to avoid delays . read more

This is the worst experience I've had with a tire shop. Let me give some back story with my cat problem. I was driving and hit a really horrible pot hole that made the rear end of my car start vibrating so I figured it knocked the balance off my tire. So I scheduled the appointment to have the rear driver side tire balanced. After I was finished the problem was somewhat solved but I still felt a slight shake at highway speeds so I figured later I would get all the tires rotated and balanced. I scheduled my appointment and got my balance and rotation but when I left and started driving on a flat road with no bumps. The shake came back and worse than before when I originally hit the pothole. So I'm currently waiting for them to remedy the situation and see what "issues" they find. Worst experience I've ever had.
