I hate to talk smack on a locally-owned family business, but I am still a little incensed from my last visit there, where I had a nail in my tire, and they charged me thirty bucks to fix it (for reference, I had a small tractor tire repaired here a year or so ago, and they charged $4.00 (Thanks Perry). Most places charge $12-15 for a plug. There was a new guy there last time who I had never seen before, so I guess since he is new, he decided to charge me double to impress the bosses (I didn't say anything that day, because I am generally a mild-mannered guy, but I've been bothered ever since, especially because my check tire light keeps going off, and I had to put air in my tires three times since the repair. Also, the new guy told me after the service, that my tires were getting "feathered" or some term like that, which I'd never heard before. I asked what it meant, and he said it was probably from not rotating the tires enough (Admittedly, I have had them rotated a few times, but not too frequently). Well, I bought those tires here, and they offer free tire rotations on tires purchased here, so why didn't he offer to rotate them for me? Anyways, I think I am done with Calabro, I am tired of the poor service and high costs. Sorry Jeanine, Perry, Butch, and all the rest of the staff ... No more Cheers for you! P.S. In the past, we have always had great experiences with NTB, so we decided to give this location a try since moving to Pittsburgh. The service was excellent! They were able to get us in the same day we called and have the car done within just a few hours. The staff member helping us was able to give us good advice on a new brand of tires and explain the differences between the options. We were very satisfied with our service here! I would definitely recommend this NTB! This will be our new go-to place for auto services.

Pleasant PA told them to put 4 new tires,valves stems on them. They were real nice and got right on it said it would take a half hour to 45 min. I went got lunch when I got back they were done and it was pouring down rain so I paid them and backed in they loaded them into my truck.Long story shorter 40 miles away I'm on the turnpike and the dry rotted valve stem breaks now we are 1 foot off the white line changing a tire again. I went to NTB McCandless on 7/22/26 I told the girl that was at the desk the whole story and first she told me she as short staffed then it went to she would have to check with her manager to see if they would fix it so I came back on 7/23/26 spoke with the manager told him the whole story and he said he would take care of it but once again short handed. I totally get he is having issues at the store because he told me himself. So he made me an appointment for 1:00 on Sunday 7/26 I was there early and had an infant baby with me so 2 hours later the girl comes back tells me everything is done the tire were in the back of my truck and was ready to go. I specifically asked her if they balanced the wheels she assured me they were balanced so I left without checking. We went to put them on the camper and there were not any wheel weights on any of the rims. Go back at 8:00 this morning 7/28 1st one in the door and the same girl all 3 times which is my 4th time back to NTB McCandless she proceeds to tell me that my tires were balanced on Sunday and I would have to wait. When I told her this was my 5th F ing to NTB to get my tires fixed. She immediately said I was not going to talk to her like that,she said I had to leave. I told her after 5 trips to get tires repaired I was not leaving until they were balanced I walked outside backed my truck up to the door opened the tailgate and sat on the curb to wait.Then the next thing I know is 2 McCandless police officers are giving me my last warning to leave or be arrested and have my truck towed and if I step foot on NTB property I will go to jail. AS MUCH AS I LIKE A CHALLENGE my meds are working and I had better things to do so I declined and left. I go 22 miles each way to NTB Cranberry I told them the whole story and Ashley said she would have it taken care of it if I would leave them and come back so I did. I went back later in the day she took care of balancing my tires with no problem. While I was there I asked her for the regional managers email address she said she would have to call him to get permission to share his information.She came back and told that he "was aware of the situation and declined to give me his information" not even allowed to have his name or email I just wanted to make him aware of what happened and I would have left it at that. Like I said meds are working. But now I'm here after 6 trips to an NTB over 100 miles and many hours later and I am told out right that I can't have contact information for management. To be fair they did give me a phone number to call which I'm sure is going to be one of those automated systems that will be a waste of time.

When I asked why an employee had me tow the car to the shop yesterday for spacers he accused me of having an attitude and told me "You can come pick up your car if your going to have an attitude." To which I responded by beginning to record the conversation. Long story short. This my first time using Brice Brothers. Jesse was thoroughly unprofessional. I expected better communication from a shop this size.

While not the typical place I go to, I had used this shop a few years prior to get new tires put on. I called ahead that my car was being towed to the shop and would like a diagnostics check. They replaced my battery to be able to do the diagnostics, which I approved. Once the diagnostics came back, it confirmed the bad alternator, and a few other things. I declined any further work on the vehicle and had it towed by my Dad out of the shop on 5/23 until I decided what work I wanted done on it. I was out of town for work but was able to inspect my car on 5/25 w hen I returned. Upon looking at my car, I noticed that my battery cover was missing but the new battery, put in by the shop, was there. I called the shop and got through to speaking to someone on 5/27 to ask about my battery cover being missing. They let me know they would go check for it and call me back in a few minutes. They never called back so I called the next day on 5/28. The customer service agent told me they were busy with another customer and that someone would call me back within the hour. It's now 5/29 and no one has called me back and it's looking like they lost and/or choosing to not rectify their mistake. I didn't expect them to reinstall the cover, even though it was their mistake. I just wanted it back and would install it myself. I would avoid going here simply for the fact that them choosing to not return calls or even be honest about the situation (Ex. "We lost your battery cover" or "We forgot to reinstall your battery cover").

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and you could tell they actually enjoyed being there, which makes such a difference. Nobody made me feel rushed or talked down to, and as a truck girl... trust me, that matters. Caleb absolutely understood the assignment with my Tundra. He took care of my girl like she was royalty, explained everything clearly, and somehow made buying tires feel exciting.
