I came here without an appointment and with a flat tire. I didn't want to necessarily replace it if it could be fixed. They fixed it within the hour and charged me less than $50. These folks are honest and hardworking-- I will certainly trust them with future business. read more

I needed new tires and the dealership insisted on packages around 3k. Flynn's was half that and did not include and sneaky fees. I was able to get a new set of tires before winter set in without breaking my piggy bank. There's a nice waiting area with wifi and snacks, but I ended up at Dunkin next door. Well blew out my back tire coming home from work last night.... so here I am. I have used this place before and I guess I really can't complain unlike last night when I was standing along rt 366 screaming someone help me I have a flat tire! Not to mention it was snowing dark and I was about out of gas so couldn't keep the car running... but I digress The employees here are very nice. I don't feel like they are trying to snowball me. They are open later than a lot of places was looking at. The waiting room is clean chairs are comfy and did I mention coffee??? Well I am not going to drink it but it's nice to know it's there... Now my wait stinks but they don't make appointments so it is first come first serve... the price is a little up there but competitive. Biggest concern is my last set of tires I got here were warrantied 50k. Well I may have gone half that and they are rubbish so I inquired about this.....looks like that the warranty is pro rated so if your tire blows at 10k miles they discount the new one by that.... I didn't care for that so I bought a protection plan about 12 a tire for life.... let's hope they aren't laughing at me or calling me a sucker when I leave... recommended... well so far;) read more

I needed a new tire, and fast. Using Flynn's website, I quickly found the tire I needed and set up the appointment. Because the bad tire had a large nail in it, the tire was losing air quickly. I didn't want to have to call in roadside assistance or have it towed, so I drove it to Flynn's the day before my scheduled appointment. Not only had they already ordered my tire, but they were also able to take me that afternoon. I was in and out quickly in less than an hour and for a really good price. They had a really good WiFi connection, so I was able to do a little work while I waited, too. Working with Flynn saved me time, money and effort. Thanks, guys! read more

I had a nail in my (new) tire and wanted to get it plugged. The nail was near the center of the wheel and should've been perfectly fine to be plugged. They called and said they couldn't do it. Took it to a different mechanic the next day and he said he could plug it just fine. I also wanted them to tighten up the lug nuts on my tires with their gun (because I put them on myself after getting the flat). The guy looked at me like I had 3 eyes and gave me a half-hearted "we'll see what we can do". Lastly, I needed the flat tire indicator reset in my car and again the guy was no help. He said they don't do that for my type of vehicle (Infiniti). read more

Yesterday evening my wife was on her way home when she blew both tires on the right side of her car... courtesy of a large pothole. She called AAA and the car was placed on a flatbed, and driven to Flynn's Service Center. By the time I arrived, the manager on duty had provided a quote for 4 tires (can't mix snow and regular tires), and the tire techs were ready to go. Fast. Accurate price. Fair. It was very close to closing time but everyone worked hard to complete the job at hand. No hassle. No pressure. No attitude. Thanks Flynn's for excellent service at the end of the day. read more

I had my car towed to them 2 or 3 times. I needed a new tube, because my anti freeze was leaking out. They replaced the entire coolant system but kept the same tubes in. My car kept overheating and shutting off. Flynn's had my car for a total of 13 days. Whenever i picked my car up it still wasnt driving well. I took it to the dealership to find out that my head gasket was blown. Lesson learned. read more

Flynns tire and auto in Plum boro was not willing to match prices on the flynns website for tire mounting. As a result we had to pay $40 more. They also charge an additional fee for run flats - also not on their website, and I have never been upcharged anywhere for mounting run flats. To add insult to injury they then took off the custom valve caps and conveniently lost them. Magically two appeared as we immediately went back down. They then claimed they left them on a machine. Well it was literally 20 mins total from call to our arrival...the caps should still be there. They also failed to reset the TPMS. Not sure what good Flynns is to be honest. Will not do business with again despite how close they are to home. read more

I had an appointment to get new tires put on my vehicle. I sat for 2 hours before they even pulled my vehicle into the bay. After another half hour I was told they couldn't find the wheel lock to take the tires off of my vehicle. I left very upset after wasting an entire night sitting in their waiting area. I just went to get my tires changed at another place and they found the wheel lock in my glove box and said if was there the whole time. I was told the mechanics at Flynn's checked the glove box but apparently they never did. Will never even think of going back after this experience. read more

Needed two front tires of to complete an inspection I'd had done somewhere else. Original I was told it might take 2 hours, but I was in and out in just over an hour, and that's with 4 other people ahead of me. Tires weren't cheap but the service was excellent. read more

For decades I'm driving Hondas and Toyotas, so nothing I should do with my vehicles except regular maintenance. Suddenly on my 2009 Civic AC stopped working. I read reviews for near garages and decided to try this service. They charged me $90 for diagnostic and $19 for recharging the AC. Then they told me that my compressor is broken and I need to replace it and it make sense to replace some other related parts as well. Total cost will be above $1100 for parts and labor. I would most likely accept this offer, but then I saw dirty hands inside my vehicle and found access caps not on their place but on my windshield instead - pretty bad sign, isn't it? Then I decided to get a second opinion and went to Spitzer Toyota near in Monroeville. Their diagnostic and estimate was very different: leaking condenser and $700 for repair. So consider this information when you will be looking for the place to fix your car. I'm just very curious what kind of diagnostic have they done and what for I was charged $90? Good luck! read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! If all you need is a state inspection, this is not the place to go. They use their ability to slap a sticker on your car as their means for tire sales. Went in today for a regular inspection, after waiting an hour in their lobby they sent a tire salesman out to tell me my 2011 Mazda 3 didn't pass inspection due to having winter tires on the front and regular tires on the back. The unknowledgeable employee proceeded to tell me that was "no Bueno" and that was against regulation by the state. He immediately started throwing prices at my face and when I said absolutely not he tried to get me to fill out a credit card application! He finally left me alone and told me to wait another 30 min while they finish up with my car. While back in my chair I looked up the state regulations and in section d called "different types of tires" it states that it goes by axel, as in my two front matched and the back. I then brought that up to another employee and then the story totally changed! He tells me only one tire was bad and that they as a "courtesy" would give me a week to buy new ones and bring it back. When I got home I checked the tire myself and its fine. So at the end of the day they took my money and did nothing for me because I didn't agree to buy their tires. This scam needs to be addressed and I will be filing a complaint to the state and BBB. read more

If I could give this establishment ZERO stars, I would. We were first time customers in June and WILL NEVER return. In fact, I caution anyone in Plum from using this establishment for any auto needs. In June I purchased 4 new tires and a 25,000 mile warranty for my SUV and in February (8 months later) they were so worn I needed 4 new tires. According to Bob, the owner, who would not honor his warranty, it was my fault the tires wore unevenly. He would not acknowledge that his establishment aligned my car to begin with and they they could be at fault. My husband gets frequent oil changes and tire rotations on our vehicles, yet, according to Bob, it's reasonable to expect a consumer to have to buy tires every 9 months! This establishment saw my car in November and did not alert me to uneven tread wearing. Again, he would not take responsibility for this and put the blame on me. They are supposed to be the car experts and did not provide the level of service any consumer should expect. I just bought 4 new tires, not from them. I will NEVER return and would NEVER recommend them to a friend or stranger. read more
