My only suggestion would be for the business to be clear about pick-up instructions. We weren't familiar with the airport (or it rules/procedures) and were expecting someone to be waiting with a sign and our name (as that's been our experience in other cities). We had a difficult time finding our driver as we were unaware of where to go once out of baggage. That's fine, I just wish it was communicated ahead of time because it caused some stress. The vehicle was very clean, our driver was very friendly and the vehicle provided the level of accessibility and comfort we were seeking. Our driver knew a lot about the area and was very kind and patient. We felt safe, comfortable and appreciated the attention to wearing a mask properly and taking COVID protocol seriously. The rate was very fair for a luxury vehicle and we thank them for the useful transportation during the pandemic.

Not only did Prestige broke their contract, but our kids ended up getting out of the so call party bus and ubering to their prom. This was a nightmare and to date Prestige refused to pay us back even if they admitted to the mistakes. Do not use them!
