Here's a breakdown of my experiences with them: Customer Service - Consistently amazing: I can email/call/text my account rep and he (Stephen) responds back immediately. He set up a custom website for my employees to place online orders and simplified our ordering processes (saving me and my company time/money). Small orders or Big orders I still get professional services every time. Product Quality - Colors are always correct. Products are always great quality. If I see something somewhere else and tell him about it, he will let me know in advance if he has ever had any product quality issues with that product and if so he will recommend a similar one without the problem(s). Which helps me avoid those things I wouldn't have known about originally, like thin shirts, cheap materials, easily broken, etc. Turn Around Time & Price - I have never received an item late or been surprised by the prices quoted/paid. I found that this was convenient to where I lived only about 10 minutes away and the owner is very nice. It's a little storefront in a warehouse area. He has several examples of different types of shirts, hats, towels, jackets, and other things that can be embroidered. This is nice because you can tell like what other things you might want to purchase to get embroidered if you are not bringing things in to the store just for the embroidery. There is like a set up fee to get the embroidery done, but after that, I found the charge per shirt to be comparable to all the other places that I called. It took about 10 days and then the items were ready. I left an example of the embroidery that I needed and to my amazement, they did an excellent job far better than what my example was that I left. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in search of any embroidery. They did an excellent job and were very communicative. I certainly will be back!

He asked me what I wanted my business cards and shirt to look like and I was able to sit there and make the changes right away. Within a half hour we were done with both the business cards and the t-shirt design. I also wanted to make my business cards different from everyone else's and they were able to do so by putting foil lettering. It took a few extra days for the special foiling, but it was worth it. The quality was great. The printing on the shirts was also good quality work. It's hard to find a good silk screening place who knows how to properly register and align artwork. I've worn/wash the shirt many times and the ink hasn't cracked or faded! Beyond t-shirts and business cards, they also do building signs, banners, and car wraps. The guys there know what they're doing and are very easy to talk to. I would definitely come back the next time I need something printed. They also have a GIANT salt water fish tank in their office, so check that out.
