I dropped a package off on Thursday before Labor Day. It was to go out via UPS. My son called due to it not being in the system as of Saturday morning. This is when we found out about this. He dresses like a complete slob but wears a really sweet blue tooth earset all the time though, so he has that going for him. Seriously though, I brought something in to be printed in poster size on foam board. I needed it by the next morning and he told me he would have to stop everything and would be losing money so it would cost $150, and would be ready by the earliest at 3:00 the next day. Obviously I wasn't going to pay this and he says "Good luck kid" as I walk out. I called Staples down the road and asked for a quote on the same poster and a time frame. They said "well we are a little backed up at the moment so it will probably take about an hour and it will be $39." Needless to say, I will never go back to this tool running this hole in the wall shop. I run a business where I need 10s of thousands of flyers printed yearly and was looking to bring my business here. I wouldn't come back if he did it for free.
