I saw another person shared the same sentiment - rude FedEx employee. AT&T shared that customers can drop off routers at either a FedEx or UPS store. Because of the rude employee at FedEx, I went to UPS. It was SO much easier to drop off the router at UPS. Just give your name to the UPS person and voilà, done. On September 23 I went to the Fedex in Burlison to ship a pair of Nike air tennis shoes and a red iPhone 7 and a black iPhone 7 to New York it was a package in front of me sealed up and the sticker put on it four days later I found out I had put the wrong address I called Fedex to try and put the correct address on the package but could not do that it had to be sent all the way back from New York City to Burlison Texas somehow somebody at Fedex's put the wrong addressfor the return it took over a week and four days to get the package sent to my right address One of the driver got here was a package I sign for it and I asked him to wait until I open the package but he jumped in his truck and took off when I open the package yet only had the Nike tennis shoes the two iPhones were gone it has taken from around October 4 till November 6 for me to get someone from the claims department on the phone the phone company says that the phones are still in the Fort Worth Texas area they were not given an exact address until we involve the police that's bad ax person that I spoke with today from the Claims department did not even give a email or phone number and wanted me to allow Fedex to come and take the package where is the tennis shoes in it to her office so she could look at it and where is the package I told her the only way she would get the tennis shoes was to pay for them I think that made her mad what she wanted to do was way the tennis shoes in the box so that it could be determined by the actual weight on the ticket if there were two iPhones and the total weight of the tennis shoes and box was 3 pounds .1 the total weight on the ticket was 4.7 pounds there is still no talk of any type of resolution to the two iPhone stolen by FedEx people also upon my request they have taking the whole security system by FedEx security so that they can watch The video pictures of when I brought the package in and also after to see if they were taken out in Fort Worth which obviously if the phones are still located around the Fort Worth area that is where they sell occurred I do not know about this but I do know one thing Fedex will never ship another package for me and my girlfriends budding company is having to suffer because these two iPhones work to begin a business for her already after these two phones would have been delivered she has lost an order for 16 more iPhones and a leather phone company was going to buy over 25 iPhones. The thieft of these iPhones will be on the local news very soon and also I am going to go to the police department and file a complaint the only way the phone company will give him the exact address as to where the phones are is to have the police contact them so if you are shipping anything of value do not use FedEx. Now. Fedex claims Dept. Has denied my claim. They sent a driver to pick up the package with the tennis shoes. But didn't say a word to me before they did. Just showed up asking for a package. Since I had heard nothing from Fedex about this. I didn't know. They wanted to look at the package. I took it to the. Burleson store. Mr. Will. Weighed it. 3.1 pounds without the two iPhones. 4.7 pounds with the iPhones. So. They are covering up for thier employees. Stealing. The phone company says the iPhones are still around Fort Worth. But will not give exact location. Now I can't even speak with my friend because her phone has stopped working at all. I guess I can only go to police department.
