Expensive compare to other places. No water pressure. Water has rotten smell. Spot free function doesn't work. High pressure hose is leaking on to the vehicle.No phone number listed on property to raise any customer concern. I would not go there ever. read more

I wouldn't recommend this cleaning company because I had to try to get my SUV cleaned and the rollers that rolls your car through had stopped and had pulled my front driver side front molder apart. They tried to say that it's my fault which I'm seating in my car with the gear shift in neutral. I don't recommend this company due to not good customer service. read more

Absolutely horrendous experience! I understand having issues after freezing temperatures! But, having a trash barrel in the bay in no way indicates or relays the message that the bay is closed! It was not placed at the entrance or even in the middle of the bay. I pulled in, inserted my quarters and within a few seconds, just about the time I realized it wasn't working, an old man with gray hair is coming at me, yelling at me, telling me I need to be sorry! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior! A man of his age should know better. He attempted to berate me until he realized I'm not going to bow down to him! He disguised car wash tokens with one $1 dollar coin put them in my hand and stormed away! Obviously these coins are no use to me as I will NEVER do business there again! I only wish I had seen other reviews of this place beforehand!!! read more

I paid $8 for the touch less car wash, and all it did was spray soap, water and dryer. Not worth $8 for a "deluxe". The machines are also very run down, none of the lights work to tell you when to stop pulling in or when it's over to pull forward. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot, the vacuums had duct tape over them and the backs were open. So after my crappy car wash I opted to go somewhere else and vacuum my car out. read more

I don't get my car washed often, but it was a nice day yesterday so stopped in to get the grime from a recent road trip cleaned off. The car wash itself is your standard drive-thru operation, but the young man who was working & prepping/pre-cleaning vehicles was a rock star with a long scrub brush! The 2 cars ahead of me were basically clean before they even entered the automated car wash. He was working so hard & efficiently, and with a smile, that I had to roll down my window & tell him what a great job he was doing - he gave me a big smile and gratitude just for my words. I wish I could give negative 10. I live across the street so I try to support this trash a** carwash. Everytime I have ever used the drive through wash it has never preformed all the functions. This last time it only sprayed soap, nothing else no scrub no rinse nothing. So I call them and they want to give me a token for a free wash. Negative I want my my money back. After 2 weeks the send me a check for $6 nope still wrong. The wash was $12. Wow the wash not only sucks, but the owner and or workers are incompetent. Thanks for nothing. read more

This place sucks! I'm talking about the self serve wash. The pressure pumps have a pulsating very weak pressure that is hardly better than a garden hose. I have told them of the problem the last three times I have been there. There response is "parts are ordered" but they failed to post a sign to the public that are BROKEN, nor refund my money. They just take your money and you drive away frustrated with a dirty car. First off, I find it ridiculous that one can spend up to $20 for a below average car wash and you also have to pay to use the vacuums as well. Second, don't come on a busy day. If in fact you spring for the vacuums, you'll find yourself waiting in a line as there are only four stations. Lastly, if I back into enough money to open a full scale car wash, I'm going to buy a piece of land and set up shop as close to this business as possible. I washed my 2018 Porsche at Foam Brite and there was a defeat in the hose which the hose was not controllable as water was going everywhere and the hose was spinning out of control and it put 2 dents in my car... I contacted Bryan Weaks and informed him of the incident, he said he was sorry about the accident but if I can control the hose I should not be using the car wash.. read more
