One thing I liked was I didn't feel rushed like you do at other places. For example, my windshield wipers always come on when I first get any kind of spray. It always takes me a second to figure out how to take them off auto and turn them off, and sometimes you are being pressured to keep pulling forward even if you're not ready. This was the opposite. The operator took so long spraying and scrubbing, I had plenty of time to get sorted. It makes a big difference. I may make this my new car wash. My husband will be happy since I always spend twice as much at Le Carpet Rouge.

It's a great place for an oil change and car wash, if you live close, but for someone driving 25-30 minutes to immediately be told to comeback, twice, to me is unprofessional.
