I have used this car wash many times, but went yesterday and am very disappointed in the service that i got. I paid for the works and gave a $10 tip, and my windows have streaks and bad spots on them, they did not clean the cup holders in my console, some kind of sticky stuff on my console, white stuff on my mate in the back. Had the full 9 yards done twice. They do a good job in the wash and clean the interior fine. They do a pre-clean of the interior and exterior, send it through a mechanical car wash. When it comes out, they dry it off and do a little more cleaning on the interior. They do not clean your trunk. I don't blame them for that. There is a tip jar inside where the tips go for the guy's lunch(es). I don't know if I tip there and it's for lunch should I also tip the outside guys? It's not my favorite place, but I'll continue to use them after long road trips. Manager is very friendly, and the office is clean. Lots of chairs to set in and a TV to watch. Gift certificates are available. I've given them as gifts before. It's about the only hand clean car wash in South OKC that I know of. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! This man promised me an amazing job and one that I could count on you add value to my car. After a rain storm (that was unexpected) came and went I had to specifically call about the progress of my vehicle. The man answered said it was done and at the shop but they shut down early due to th heavy rain, give him an hour or so and he'd meet me up there so I could pick it up. When I picked it up he had chipped my hood paint off (about an 1 1/2 inch of paint gone) and painted it with some chalky paint he had without permission. Tere were plastic liners covering my seats etc but when I got it home I discovered all the water on one side! It was soaked, the left my car open in the rain. When contacting them regarding all theses issues less than 30 minutes from picking it up the man denied everything and refused to make it right by any means. DO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST!!! This was Monday, March 1 2021. Honestly, I literally just needed the outside and inside clean. My car was not even dirty. I just needed it clean and papers thrown out, vacuumed/wiped so I can pass my car on to a new owner. I paid for a messy job. The older white male in the front cashier (not sure if he was the owner) was on the speaker phone arguing about some car situation with a lady while I was trying to check out. Not only did he NOT acknowledge me, I was waiting patiently for him to give me a sign that he'll be right with me or maybe multitask a little bit to check my ticket out and be on the phone at the same time. BUT NO. and after 7 mins of not even one nod to give me a sign, he proceeded to argue with the lady on the phone in front of me. I was SOOO damn annoyed I took my ticket, and gave it to one of the cleaner guys outside and told him to take it to the older guy working the cashier. Cleaner guy told me to wait cause he was afraid he'd get in trouble. Like wth get in trouble for what?! You did nothing wrong. If anything it's that old guy sitting in the front doing jack nothing for the company. I would never give my business to this company again. My FIRST and LAST. Not to mention, a customer walked in and he gave the most negative face (just so you know he's still on the phone), poor boy waited for like 10 mins just to not be acknowledged as well. A few months ago this car wash would have gotten 5 stars. I have recommended this car wash to my friends and my family because of the fantastic job they did, but I went this morning, while it was cool and they weren't busy and it was 100% the worst car wash I have ever had. I added extra and paid $65 for my wash and they had my car for less than 15 minutes. I am super disappointed. I don't expect perfection but I do expect what I paid for. After moving, I realized that my car needed a bath inside and out. It really needed one probably couple months even before that, but after the move oh man did it stink. Don't think some food left in there. So, I did a search on Yelp, my friend, companion, and adviser as to good places to go. Thank you Yelp. It showed me several different places and I looked at the reviews. I found one that caught my eye and decided to give it a try even though it's quite a ways from where we were living. I was not disappointed. I drove up and immediately they were very courteous got me in as quickly as possible in fact I didn't even have to wait to talk to anybody they were right there. They asked what package I wanted and I said the whole nine yards which is a really good deal as they do the inside and out for $24.95. They took the car and I went inside. Instead of just regular chairs there were nice comfy padded chairs with arms on them. There was a window so you can look out and see when your car was coming out of the car wash, as well as a TV and soda and candy machines. While I was sitting there waiting, one of the guys came in and updated me on the progress of the car. They had finished doing the inside and it was about to enter the car wash tunnel. He also told me that they had figured out probably why I might be having trouble with moving one of my car seats. They found something under the seat that was blocking it. I did not even mention this issue to them so they really gave the inside of the car a thorough going over while cleaning. He said they got it all fixed for me. I bought some cherry vanilla beads for inside my car before leaving a tip in the box and heading out. I was very happy when I got to the c ar. The outside was sparkling clean. Spent $40 for the Whole 9 yards package and sloppy work. My car is brand new. Had it for almost a month, paper tag is still valid. It wasn't dirty just need a cleaning and some shinning the dashboard, windows, and doors after all the rainy weather we had over the past month. 1. I was about to I get in the car and there was a white power substance on the driver seat. Ask the guy to wipe it off and he used a wet rag to wipe it off. Now I have to sit in a wet spot to drive home??! 2. Streaks and lint all over the door. (I expected some) The plastic and leather on the door were horrible. 3. Windows had streaks and lint. 4. Door jams were not dried as stated in the detail description. 5. The mirrors were not wiped down. So it left spots on the mirrors. 6. The staff was cussing about work and other staff members. Unprofessional! 7. Wet rubber mats put back on the floor. I Let my car air out so the floor would dry and laid the mats out to dry when I got home. I had to take it somewhere else that day to get it looking nice again. Do not use them! read more

On 8/11/2018 I went to Super Clean Full Service Car Wash and Detail Shop. I have had good experiences with them in the past. My car had light rain spotting and some bird feces on it. I bought the "Whole 9 Yards" full service wash for $26.95. When I came out to investigate my car, there were patches of clear coat missing off the hood that looked as if they had been removed by a high pressure sprayer. The hood was the only area thusly damaged. I had the manager, Dan, come out and look, and he stated that the paint was "compromised" and thus as a result the washer removed portions of Clear Coat, and began asking what roads I drive, etc. I primarily drive on state & federal highways to get to work, there are some "road rock" chips in my bumper but no damage to the top, sides, or hood of the car before it went through Dan's wash. I always park in the shade at work and keep my car in the garage every night. Dan's explanation does not explain why the paint would be weaker or "compromised" on the TOP of the hood from what he described as "road damage". Dan recommended a nearby body shop for repairs but, when approached about renumeration, flat-out stated "I won't take responsibility, go ahead and sue me." As such I cannot in good conscience recommend this car wash and detail shop, which is frustrating, as I have had previously had great experiences with them. read more

I'm getting ready to take a trip to Florida. I decided last minute to get the interior cleaned. They fit me in last minute and did an outstanding job!!! My interior was REALLY dirty!! It looks and smells great now. I had taken a Lyft ride home and when they call to tell me my car was ready the even offers to pick me up, but I only live above 2 miles away. I received a gift certificate so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Josh worked with my schedule and got me in for their first apt on the one day I had available. My car was in serious need of a good cleaning inside and out lol. After a few hours I got a call to pick up. I didn't drive my car again for a couple days. When I did I found the inside of the windows so fogged up I had to use a towel to dry them. I called Josh back and was shocked at the level of customer service I got. He was quick to reschedule to fix the fogging issue and the strange smell that was the result of the fogging. Again he worked with my schedule and even ordered a new fan to ensure my car was 100% dry after they shampooed my seats and carpet again. When I picked up my car hours later it looked nearly new again. The issues were fixed at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend Super Clean to my friends and family. Thanks Josh! Getting right to the point, I wasn't impressed. My vehicle exterior still had dirt in multiple areas. The worst part which is why I give this place such a low rating was the interior. The surfaces in my vehicle looked as though someone dipped a rag in oil and smeared it around everywhere. Everything was slick, even surfaces that shouldn't be. I had to go home and clean it all off. My 11 year old son threw a 3/4 gallon jar of yellow paint into the back of my new Caravan while helping me clean out my classroom at the end of the year... it basically EXPLODED all over the car, was dripping from the ceiling, pooling on the gray carpet and into the wheel wells of the removable captains chairs... splattered into the vents and up the windows and walls... I thought the car was done and that I was going to have to look into replacing the ceiling material and the carpet. My friend suggested I take it to this place on 8600/ Western (Super Clean) -- Dan, the owner, took care of it... luckily it had just happened and not set in... nearly all the paint came out. I do not have to replace my interior. They saved my car, possibly my son and definitely my sanity. They're also super nice and family owned and operated. Had an exterior wash with vaccuming with cleaning inside...terrible terrible....the outside does look good but inside they missed so many places like the doors,window,console, practically the entire inside front, the inside back passenger doors...what a total waste of money.( 20 bucks) When I got home I got out the Armor All Wipes and went over the inside myself and there was dirt all over the wipes. I do not recommend this place at all. I paid for the full detail at $150. They shampooed my leather seats on my car. I have talked to several places now and this is not supposed to happen. This has not only taken for ever to dry out but has a mold smell. The only way they tried to fix it was with a vacuum. I went back up there and asked for my money back, the owner says he never gives money back to anyone. That I can take him to court. I am now at Red Carpet getting it fixed. This was after I drove up and down the highway trying to dry it out and dry it out in my driveway for a week. Do not go here. They will ruin your car!! read more

I liked this place because it was close to home and the past couple times that I went they did a great job. Well I went in today, paid for "The Whole Nine Yards" and didn't get the whole nine yards. The job was sloppy!! They didn't wipe the center console right, there was still dirt on there and you could see the ring from a cup of soda that I bought two days ago. And the owner/manager still had the nerve to tell me that this is why he thinks he shouldn't be cleaning the insides of cars anymore and he should be smart like the "other guys" and just clean the outside!! Well I've been to Charlie's CarWash on NW expressway and they do a great job! I guess from now on I'll go ahead and drive the extra 11 miles to get a better job done without the snotty remarks when I let them now of their sloppy job!!
