Of course holes were drilled into the walls as part of the process. But all the holes were secured back into place at the end of the job. I hired a professional drywall person to mud over the holes and sand them smooth. Now I can repaint as needed. I can't wait to enjoy my house being much cozier over the winter months! I really appreciate how we get the same service tech each time; he is familiar with the property and with our concerns. When he arrives he takes notes of what he does and leave them for us to review when we get home. When we had a new retaining wall built he let us know that he added in some additional traps to help keep the critters out and we didn't even have to ask! Every so many months I do call to see if we can schedule a time for him to walk around the house and spray inside rather than just outside. each time I have called to schedule this service the customer service rep has been helpful and friendly and I have always been able to get something scheduled for the day and time I prefer. We pay for treatments every 2 or 3 months and if they have to come visit in between scheduled service, it's still part of the package we pay for which is really nice. Rottler is a solid company and I would recommend them to anyone!

All the quotes were in the same ballpark for the requested work, but Brandon at West County impressed me with his attention to detail and responsiveness during the quote process. West County was the only company that included air sealing (sealing up any gaps in the ceiling around lights, outlets, etc.) as part of the project, something none of the others called out, one of which flat out said they didn't do it). Their crew showed up exactly on time as scheduled. They reviewed the work to be done with me, and they promptly got to work. Afterwards they reviewed what was done and shared with me photos of the work that was done including the attic at the start, all the places that they air sealed, the baffles installed to prevent insulation from spilling into the eaves, the blown in fiberglass insulation, and the Draft Master assembly over the hatch. Ther weren't any issues with anything that was done. I can already see a difference in the temperature swings in my garage since the work was done. I only wish I had done the work earlier.
