I'd like to give a special shout-out for my technician Drake and his supervisor Brent of Rottler Pest Solutions in Fenton! I enjoy working with Drake because he is very kind and personable, accommodating, responsive, desirous of going that extra mile for his clients, and great about answering questions. I think that whenever there is concern about a pest, all clients can't help wanting to do something about it asap. Drake gets on the issue right away, even if he physically is not on the property. I will send him texts and footage, and he will work with me until he can arrive, which in the past has always been pretty fast. I really appreciate how Drake makes it easy for clients to reach and communicate with him. Just to illustrate my point, I once heard a big noise inside my wall (only for one day, thank goodness!), and so I immediately texted Drake. He quickly began trying to figure out what it could be from my video footage and how to prevent it from coming back. He was also very nice and accommodating when he made it to my home and came inside with his equipment, and he removed his shoes for me until he needed to put them back on to go up into the attic! In addition to having all the above excellent qualities that I much appreciate, Drake's supervisor, Brent, is meticulous, has an excellent eye for detail, and really follows through with clients until they are satisfied when an issue requires further assistance. He came personally to our house recently to take care of a couple of non-standard issues, and then returned a few days later with an additional piece of equipment. He was very professional regarding the work and extremely patient with explanations of what he was doing and why. He is also very knowledgeable about local pests and is happy to share information and educate clients about their behavior and what one can do to protect one's home. I hope that Rottler Pest Solutions keeps Brent happy so that he doesn't go elsewhere. It is supervisors like Brent, who do valuable work helping to build teams with a good, strong work ethic, solid training, and fantastic customer service that keep customers loyal. I've been using Rottler for several years and my satisfaction with them has only increased with time. I initially signed up for their bi-monthly pest control service to address issues with mice, but recently expanded my service to include mole remediation. My technician is Ken H. who handles the Fenton area. I didn't realize how time intensive addressing moles would be until this experience, but Ken is at my home every 3-5 days checking traps, laying bait, and checking the overall status of things to ensure my mole issues are continually being addressed. Ken is articulate, friendly, energetic, attentive, and professional. He consistently answers my many questions with the utmost patience and thoughtfully addresses my concerns. He works within my schedule and also makes himself available for short notice treatments when urgent issues arise. Plus, he is very knowledgeable and his work is always thorough. We have been a Rottler customer for about 2 years after moving in and being over run by spiders and webs! Their continued service has helped so much with controlling the bugs that were attracting the spiders that I very rarely see any in the house! When we found mice in the garage, our technician was able to help with this issue as well and now I don't fear walking into the garage and something running by my feet. Our technician, Austin, came by today and did our scheduled maintenance and always does a great job and keeps us informed with his findings. My husband found squirrels in our attic on a Friday afternoon and called Rottler. They sent someone out Saturday morning. The inspector, Steve, came out and assessed our house and found where they got in from. He went over the plan with my husband. A tech named Larry came out on Monday and set up the trap. Then he came out every day to check it. Captured squirrels were removed and a detailed report was sent to us each day. Once all the squirrels were caught and removed, they fixed the hole. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Rottler. They were fast, efficient and took care of our squirrel problem quickly. read more

Rottler does such a great job that we are rarely bothered with bugs, mice, or moles. These were true nuisances prior to Rottler's work. Rottler recently saw an active mole run, then made repeat visits to catch the culprit and work on next steps. We are actually grateful for the recent activity. About 6 months ago I saw a mouse and Rottler came out that day! I joined their program which also included bi monthly bug sprays. But what I love most about Rottler is that I have a service representative that comes every time so it's familiar. Dylan is awesome! If I catch a mouse or see spiders he will go the extra mile and come and take care of it right away! I somehow had a possum sneak into my car and found it dead! We have used Rottler for about 5 years and they come quarterly. We moved into an old house, did some construction, and found a brown recluse problem. Having them come consistently helped solve our problem. When other situations have come up outside they have come quickly to help out and educate us on the situation.
