Now we have a pop up sidewalk, which among other things, is a serious safety hazard. Long story short...they do not stand by their work at all. We filed a complaint with WV Better Business Bureau with photos; Bowsers refused to acknowledge it. We paid $13000 for the porch and they want another $5000 to fix their mistake.
