After calling and leaving messages over a two week span (it's the only way to make contact because no one from their company answers the phone), I finally heard back. After explaining the situation, I was told that Jim (the owner) would come out to size up the project and give us an estimate. He did make it out that day and looked at the job, but he said he would get back with us with an estimate. Unfortunately that's where the story ends, so to speak. Jim never got back with us; we called twice and left messages; finally the lady called and assured me that she would contact Jim; and still nothing has happened. Almost two months has elapsed, and no more word from them. You would think they would have the decency to at least call and say they don't want to do the project. So much for customer service!
