If I could give negative stars I would. The lack of concern for the pediatric patients at this office is highly inappropriate. During an initial appt for my son on 04/12/2023 the provider Phyllis Vance was unprofessional and traumatizing to my child. We entered the appointment where my son was wearing a face mask (mouth/nose). Phyllis asked him if he was feeling ill, he replied that he was not, and she asked why he was wearing his mask. He stated that it made him uncomfortable to have others looking at his face. She stated that there is no evidence that the masks prevent transmission of the COVID 19 virus and told him to remove it from his face. I thanked her for her time, and we left the appt. My son is an established patient that has been there numerous times with the face mask, so it is unrealistic to think that this was a safety concern. Additionally, face masks have been (and continue to be) worn throughout the entire COVID 19 pandemic without an issue of providing medical care with them on. I brought my concerns of a medical professional providing care to patients, without the knowledge and belief in science, to the location (Focus C3) and was advised by Anita Akers that the providers are independent contractors and to communicate it with Phyllis if there was a concern. If my son had gone to the appointment alone it would have caused significant trauma for him to be treated the way that he was by someone he is told to trust. Being that this is a mental health issue, this type of conduct amplifies this concern as the environment provided was not safe or conducive to medical care for my child. The mental health field is so completely strapped for care currently. There are numerous mental health facilities that are booking 4+ months out. It is extremely disheartening that providers like this continue to perpetuate the stigma behind mental health and make it so patients (ESPECIALLY CHILDREN) don't want to get the care and help that they need. While everyone is entitled to their opinions of COVID 19, it is NOT your place to bring those beliefs into a medical practice where you're seeing patients and where your knowledge/help should be backed by science. read more

Hard to get a hold of the therapists. If you have Medicaid they do not like to work with you and will reschedule on a whim. Don't waste your time! read more

Please beware of Phyillis Vance she yelled at me at one of me session's because I did not agree with what she was doing to my body when it came to medication. I know my body and what is happening. She said I didn't want her help your right not on the medication. She loves to give you medication and the wrong ones. And one thing is I'm seeing someone else and sated where I went and right then and there knew which person I was talking about. I was suppose to go see a therapist there thank god I did not. Glad i chose another place and the right medication . I don't need mood enhancing medication I just needed depression medication and it works well with my body. I'm not dumb I do have some what of a medical certificate. I know what is going on. And I felt sorry for the child that was after me to. I feel like she drugs you and moves on to the next and drugs them and moves on. All about money and drugging people. It's not a safe place. Stay away please. Sad when you can go to another place and tell them what place you went to explain your story knew right way who the so called doctor was. read more

James has extensive experience working with and within the Criminal Justice system conducting substance abuse and co-occurring evaluations, domestic violence assessments, pre-sentence investigations and recommendations for treatment. He has taught college level courses for other professionals seeking to obtain their LADC, and operated his own private practice and consultation agency. James is experienced in working with adults struggling with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and is Board of Mental Health trained in the State of Nebraska. In addition, he is a certified facilitator for Real Colors and is trained in the ASI/CASI assessments for the criminal justice system of Nebraska.

I called where she showed up as working but found out she had move to this office. I called to make an appointment and did so. Then 14 minutes before that appointment I get a call asking if that days Appt was still good. I said of course I am on my way. Then I get asked if it can be moved 15 minutes because of double booking. I was fine with it but it was said nonchalantly that it was on zoom. This was the first time me hearing it was on zoom and I was literally in my car on my way there. I get told that my counselor had to quarantine. Being that it was my first session I wanted an in person appointment so I made it for when she would return. I now get another call that she has decided not to to work on Thursdays and I would have again reschedule. However she doesn't work Fridays. I am not available Monday or Tuesday and she only does zoom on appointments on Wednesdays. She works sundays but those days are only for school aged children or teachers. So I don't apply. So now after two months of going back and forth I now have to again do more research to find someone else and start all over again. I am absolutely frustrated with this counselor and this company.

Sometimes, it seems like all medical professionals want to do is prescribe medication and not get to the root cause of the problem. While I was working with Winston and Cyndi, I felt felt really comfortable and at home. It was nice and they really helped me work through some tough times. Definitely a 5-star experience. I kind of wish I could give more stars! As to advice to new comers, just be patient with yourself. It takes time to get into the swing of things. If you put forth the effort and keep going, you'll find that your life will only get better.

As a working mom with an infant, I reached out to Grace Home Cleaning for some cleaning assistance…read more I have a 3bed, 3bath (3/4, 1/2, and a powder room) 1900sq foot home, but I let them know my priorities were cleaning the bathrooms and the baseboards in the bedrooms and main living areas. I ended up choosing the 3.5 hour clean so make sure these priorities could be taken care of with hopes that maybe one or two other tasks from a prioritized list could be done in that time period. After Monday's cleaning, I will say that the bathrooms look very nice, but that seems to be the only thing that got done. I'm not sure how that would have taken the entire 3.5 hours, as two of the bathrooms are seldom used, very small, and mostly already clean. She noted that she dusted the drop zone (a small bench) which is nice, but it was not an area of the house on our list to be cleaned. I was upset that I essentially paid $200 to have my bathrooms cleaned, so I left that feedback to the company. I will say I was very impressed with the quick, kind response and offer to have the cleaner come back for 2.5 hours the next day. During that 2.5 hours session, she noted that she touched up the bathrooms she had previously cleaned, cleaned the baseboards upstairs in the bedrooms and vacuumed, and cleaned the baseboards in the hallway/stairs to our kitchen. Do these areas look great? Yes! But I'm at a loss at how, in six hours of cleaning, the majority of my kitchen and the entirety of the living room were untouched. We have been debating hiring a cleaner for a monthly or quarterly cleaning, but we will not be continuing with Grace Home Cleaning.

Don;t worry, I found Peace when I went to a professional repair shop that had no issue answering my questions. I am sure you will also find peace as your business drops off due to your stellar customer service.

We have had multiple issues with Tony and they are still ongoing. Earlier this year, we ended up…read moreowing an additional $4900 on the 2024 state taxes because "Tony messed something up". When you communicate with Tony, he will never give you a straight answer of where he went wrong. The issue ended up going on so long and we weren't notified about it by Tony - instead, going into the end of 2025, we got a letter from the Department of Revenue of the State of Nebraska that if a payment plan or full payment was not made, a lien would be placed on our property. You can imagine our surprise to receive such a letter when we are paying Tony close to $1200/year to file our taxes! A premium price for NOT premium work. Even once we made the full payment on that, Tony took 5 months for the fees to drop off of the bill because he kept claiming "their office is busy". I called their office several times and had no issue getting them on the phone. To top it off, we just submitted our 2025 taxes and we were expecting a return. Lo and behold, the return hasn't come after more than a month later. We had to call the IRS to find out why and it turns out, Tony never submitted our 2023 taxes!!! And now we are being sent an additional bill because he's claiming we owe on the 2023 taxes that he finally just filed. How did he not get notified that the 2023 filing didn't go through? When I spoke to him on the phone, he tried to play this game of "oh you know how these computer systems work"....umm no! That's not how it works! The IRS would have notified him. When he sent us the most recent amount that is now due in back taxes, he also just sent a blanket amount without the breakdown of interest and fees - probably in the hope that we will just pay it and that he doesn't have to cover the fees. Also, once I realize that multiple mistakes were being made on our tax returns, I went through them myself and found additional mistakes! I had switched jobs in March of 2024. I sent Tony both W2s for that year. When I went back through the report, he only filed one of the W2 incomes/taxes and he filed it under the wrong company! Like, this is a job where details matter and when you communicate your frustrations with Tony, he doesn't take care of it. Sometimes we are waiting for months on end and most of the time you can barely reach him by phone. Emails are completely out the window - he never responds, I doubt he even reads them. We will never be doing business here again. Do not do business here unless you want to be dealing with the same headaches that we are - dealing with taxes from 3 years ago due to clerical mistakes from Tony. I saw another poster mentioned making a report to the BBB. I will be posting there as well as making a formal complaint with the IRS.
