She is also very good about not taking off too much length! Her prices are very reasonable, and she has great stories to tell. She always manages to fit people in, even last minute. Be aware that she is not very efficient and a simple cut takes almost two hours. However, this is because she treats you like an old friend and your appointment is not just about your hair, it's about visiting too. She listens to what your needs are, studies the shape of your face, and is fast. Had the massage asked for a receipt to claim my insurance back in Ontario, was given a receipt. Back in Ontario tried to claim my massage only to find out the young woman was not a RMT.
