This time I opted to get the ingrown toenail removed and I also did the permanent removal / cauterization. Seriously Dr. Wee is the best! As for the office staff and the doctor, they were nice and professional. Dr. Safapour took note of my issues and was very easy to talk to. Some weeks, I was popping antibiotics like candy. I was forbidden to exercise, as that made the problem worse. I finally consulted Dr. Khosroabadi, and he diagnosed the cause very quickly. A bone was pushing through my foot, but only when I walked. All the other doctors had my foot x-rayed, but of course they tell you to not move, so the cause remained invisible. The minimally invasive surgery lasted a total of 20-25 minutes, including the time for the anesthetic to work. It has been several years, I have been able to walk and exercise, and the pain and infections have never reoccurred. Wonderful doctor, great staff!

I have been delighted with their care, and the follow-up examinations. There was a nasty sore on my left foot that would not heal. I could not walk, as this was very painful, and I could not swim or exercise in a pool, as both reopened the wound. I risked infections doing either. Over the course of several years, I consulted a number of doctors; each was satisfied with changing my bandages and giving me antibiotics for the recurring infections. As I am up in years, not being able to exercise was a very serious problem. I was terrified that I was going to lose my foot. I consulted these doctors because of their reputations and recommendations from my family. They diagnosed the problem, and with a simple operation, my foot healed. They told me at fourth call of follow-ups that Dr Zeester will be seeing me, but I had to go to the office, and they don't call back to the patient with results, so Dr Feehman had misinformed me, four weeks still waiting until I had to complain about their poor handling the patients and leaving on waiting game.
