They tell their clients that the Employees will be at their homes around certain times and we don't get there on time or the time the client was expecting. Kathi and Molly don't inform the client if they are moving their time that day or if we will be late. Clients get really upset about that. Sweeping beauty claims they use the best products out there...haha that is a bunch of bulls***. They use cheap products. Products: Fabuloso Dish soap and water WD40 Zep Their website says: "outstanding customer service and 100% satisfaction.  With years of quality service and award winning recognition our name has come to represent consistency, reliability and affordability." From all the negative reviews I have read on yelp, Facebook and glass door from previous clients and employees that is also a bunch of BS. I was out sick 2 days and brought them a doctors note from my doctor they gave me a write-up for the absences. I asked them if they didn't accept doctors notes? They said they did accept them but they aren't excused. Then you don't accept doctors notes...just because you take something from someones hand doesn't mean the company accepts them. Idiot. They did not give me a handbook or information regarding the companies polices until a month into the job after they wrote me up. Today they fired me because I called out because I had a family emergency. They are very inconsiderate people. They never fully stock the vans for us to have the equipment we need to clean homes. The company also is very unsafe for workers and in clients homes. They have the vaccum cleaners plugged into a dollar store extention cord that sparks. This is a fire hazard. Their company vehicles are falling apart and the check engine light is always on. I brought these things to their attention they just have excuses and don't actually fix the problem or do anything to better their equipment. This company is severely unprofessional, they cut corners, are unsafe just to be cheap with their equipment and products. They also use false advertising. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews…read more They advertise a "21-point cleaning checklist," yet many basic items--things that had been cleaned previously during a regular cleaning--were not touched at all. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.
