This shop is fully stocked with everything you need. Cbd, e juice, vapes, delta stuff, kraton and even cute jewelry. The customer service was amazing. Daniela and Carlos were super helpful. Has a nice chat. Was even given cookies to try. Definitely recommend and am coming back. read more

I bought a lighter for $7 because the young lady attendant recommended it. It was a torch lighter. It worked for two uses then it stopped working. I went to explain the situation and she was confrontational and down right rude to me ($7). I spoke to the owner and he basically told me he didn't care for my business. In the end after pleading I got a $5 torch lighter as a compromise but their rudeness completely caught me by surprise. She claimed they have excellent customer service but not towards me for sure. The $5 lighter is what I originally wanted but she assured me that the other was better, well it is not. I should've bought the same torch lighter from Amazon, it's a much better deal (4 X $6.99) and THEY have EXCELLENT customer service. I will never go back there again and I suggest you first check out Amazon for your smoke shop needs. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could... selling over priced disposable vapes. I purchased a pina colada fume, tastes terrible and barely hits. When I called they said to come in to exchange it for another, when I went in the guy was clueless and told me all sales were final when I bought it literally 20 minutes before. Selling bootleg vapes that taste like shit. Spent $20 for garbage basically never going back again , shitty staff and shitty people scamming and taking advantage. I live 2 minutes away and I'd rather drive 20 minutes to another smoke shop then to go back to the shit show they call a smoke shop. Overpriced and terrible quality 0/10. Never going back read more

Took the defective rod back next day (72 hours after purchase) and asked to trade in for a different non-Daiwa rod. They refused and told me to call Daiwa for a warranty rod. Was actually a fan of JD until this happened. I'm headed back to Crook and Crook for my tackle needs, they sold me a sweet Proteus XH. No more JD for this former customer. Not nice to treat a loyal customer like that! Would have doubled my spend on the replacement rod!
