We had some hail damage to our roof and siding a few months ago. Brian came by our house to…read moreinspect the damage. He handled all the correspondence with our insurance company and was even present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the house. We had FCC replace our damaged roof, siding and gutters, including gutter guards. Brian got everything covered by our insurance company and the only thing we had to pay was our deductible. In addition, we had FCC cap all the wood on the exterior of our house, so it will never need to be painted again, and replaced our shutters too. All the subcontractors did a great job. They arrived when promised, finished the job on time and cleaned up really well when they were finished. Brian was great to work with, came to our house many times, including every day work was done, and answered our phone calls and emails quickly. It was a big job and Brian was patient and helpful answering all of our questions and concerns. Thanks for everything, Brian. We could not be any happier with how great our house looks now.

I worked with Craig Flickinger, who deserves an extra special "shout-out" for his EXCEPTIONAL customer service and support. He came out to my house, advised the best place to set the shed, and nailed a color combination of siding/shingles off the top of his head which would match my house. He wrapped up the offer and supplied me a quote within a day. After I made my decision, Craig had the site installation crew out with a week to grade and fill a nice, level stone pad, and a few weeks later came back with the delivery crew for installation. Perched on a windy hilltop, Craig worked with me to incorporate hold downs on each corner of my shed for a bit of piece-of-mind, and actually took the time to show me how the contraptions worked. Unfortunately, the delivery crew arrived without my ramp to the garage door. A few days later, after being away for work, I arrived home to see that Craig had come out and installed my ramp for me while I was away. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that the door was out of square. Knowing that I had already accepted the installation, I sent Craig a note asking if he knew of anybody that could do some repair work to correct the door. 2 days later, Craig came out to my house and spent some time to meticulously level out some of the stone under the base of my shed. This brought the door into square perfectly. I've been so completely delighted with this company that I feel compelled to write this review. The Hardscape Store and Mr. Flickinger's care and attention to ensuring my satisfaction with my purchase has been second to NONE. Twice the panels were replaced then more spots showed up. One door was sent to a lab to be analyzed and that was two months ago. I can't get any feedback from the lab, our sales person or the owner of Carefree. At this point I just want my door back. I would stay away from this business. They have not acted professionally and wish I went some where else.

Chris Hart and his assistant from Chris Hart Gas Contractor were very professional, friendly, and…read moreextremely knowledgeable. His pricing was also very reasonable. Chris came to my home the very next day, which I greatly appreciated because I needed the repair completed as soon as possible. My gas fireplace kept going out, and I frequently had to relight the pilot light. Chris performed a thorough cleaning and noticed that the burner appeared to be very dirty and clogged, even though I had the fireplace cleaned and serviced in January 2026. He also checked my outside vents and found a bird's nest that appeared to have been there for quite some time, blocking the airflow. This could have created a very serious fire hazard. The fireplace is now working perfectly, and I am extremely happy and appreciative of Chris's work.
