He came right away and began the installation on June 17. During the install I expressed concern about the base for the tile on June18. Greg assured me it was fine and if there was an issue he would return and correct any issue; on his dime. On July 7, I contacted Greg indicating the tile was moving and grout was cracking. He said he would come and fix. That was more than a month ago. He indicated he would come by but never did, and has not. I originally posted a review two days ago. I received an immediate text from Greg, asking to remove the negative review and he would return my cash. This never happened. Asking contractors to set proper expectations and follow through on their word is not being impatient. Expecting contractors to be honest in their words and deeds is not calling them a liar. Sad its been two months and I do not have my shower improvement and Greg has not expanded his business with a customer who believed in him. Hopefully, I can recover my $1500 through the yelp guarantee. This game of tag is over.

If something as simple as this cannot be a good experience to start off, then look at it as a red flag. Danny and I made contact via messenger. I asked him if he serviced the area as to where the job is located and he replied he was from there. He made an appt for the afternoon on a Tuesday. The day after, I messaged him and asked if he came by, since I did not receive an estimate via email. He eventually replied, no. He made another appt approx a couple of days for 9am. Again,a no show and no form of contact. I sent him a text and messaged him that I do not need his so called business. No reply of apology, nothing. Did not surprise me. Imagine, if this is how he conducts himself and represents his business, then it is a person and business I do not want any dealings with. Something so simple, contact! Imagine his work!?

Stateside completely scammed me. They re-sided my house and repaired my porch roof. They charged me for vapor wrap and insulation and when the siding blew off my house I realized they never put on any vapor wrap or insulation.
