I had to watch the map on my phone to figure out where I was because a map wasn't displayed in the car and I couldn't hear the conductor when he spoke. Keep your ticket or your phone app out. The ticket master will come around and stamp it and you have to keep it when you get off to get out at the turnstile. This is probably the easiest public transportation airport and the most economical way to get downtown from the airport w it being under $10 so you can avoid Uber and Lyft and use the money for food like hoagies and cheesesteaks.

(I had to ask to figure out where to stand, but I liked the layout once I got it.) And the SEPTA comes right up to the terminal. I've gone in and out of here a variety of ways and have been impressed in my experience with the ease for such a large airport. And yeah, plenty of places to eat and shop once you get inside.

We went upstairs and looked out the window and after about 30 minutes decided to call to give them my cell number in case they get lost and the person who responded stated that the driver came and called us but we didn't respond and he was going to call him back to see if he wanted to come back. That is so unprofessional! First of, the dispatcher should have asked me for my callback number. The driver never came because we were standing by the window the entire time, but I did see a miss call. I think the fact that we were traveling to such a short distance is the real reason they didn't come.
