We stopped at one station and every pump had a sign indicating the pumps were empty..So onto the next one which was also all out. By then we really started to worry.. We decided to just go home and come out later that night after we found out what was happening. We took back roads home and ran into this service station which was not full of people so got in line .. it took about 10 mins to reach a pump and filled up the car..The owner or mgr was outside directing people and answering questions . Horrible service and they robbed me. Before I could purchase gas, they told me I had to give a…read moredollar amount. If I went under the amount they would credit it to my card. If I needed more gas to fill it up, I would have to do the same thing again. The amount to be refunded was never put back on my card. I called and I was told I'd have to go to the bank to correct THEIR error. The bank was unable to credit my account for a purchase without proof other than my word for the amount I actually purchased. The "manager" was no help and all. She just blew it off. I hope she's happy with the $14 and change that went into her pocket. The gas receipts and the drawer count at the end of the day should have been proof enough of what happened. They are thieves!
