I got a call much earlier than 4pm which was fine except when I answered after 2 rings they had already hung up. I thought that this was a misdial, so I waited until 4pm. I did not receive a call until 6pm, which I missed. I called immediately back and left a message. The next day, I got a call at 2pm from Jacob. The call was very abrupt and rude stating that we can not work together for many reason, but no reasons were given. Jacob was not pleasant or helpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our family is working with a general contractor, and has been attempting to work with Scalice for now going on almost 3 months. They must be very busy. Good for them - anyone can work with expectations once they are set. We were quoted 6-8 weeks before someone could come out for the survey. We waited. They completed the work and we submitted what we needed to the county for our permit but the county requested more detail as the detail was missing for our pool area. We have now been contacting this company daily to get a confirmation on when they can make the requested update and have been unable to get a response. So now we have already paid them and are at their mercy to have a minimum expectation of customer service. It may take a while and they may deliver on one service but don't expect to be treated as an appreciated customer. You must hope they did everything right the first time because once they are done, there's no full accountability to their customers if clarifications or updates are needed.
